It is called Dory’s Forget Me Knots. Deck 11 just off the aft elevators.

Totally agree. Dory's has a whole wall of t-shirts, IIRC. Lots of great selection. They also had a really nice 'spirit jersey' style rash guard (swim shirt) that I didn't see in the main shop (which makes sense, since Dory's is more swimwear focused).
