I called MS yesterday to add one day to our August trip-- no problem adding a Saturday to SSR. 
I also added two nights QSDP and one night DDxP to the middle and added Magical Express.
I was on the phone for 31 minutes!
The CM was very polite, and did come back once to tell me that they were working on it, but that was a really long time! At the outset, she told me she'd have to get someone to help her. I've seen the confirmation, and it looks like everything is in order. Maybe this will fulfill my quota of waiting and the multiple check-ins to get new keys will go smoothly?
