Hey, hey, hey everyone!!! :wave: I've been seeing some great losses from my Gobble Up Success buddies!! You guys are doing so wonderful!:Pinkbounc :bounce: :Pinkbounc

As I hang my head, I must say that I've gained a lb. this week. However, it's a new week & I can tackle it! :cool1: We went out to celebrate our 9th anniversary, and I was not on my best WW behavior! But, that's ok! I get positive vibes just from reading all of your successes! :goodvibes

Ok, drum roll.... let's hear it for those WISHer's!!! :cheer2: How did everyone do this week?
 
Tiffany - Sorry about your gain. Glad to hear that you are not letting it throw you off. That's the most important thing!

I am down 1 lb this week, which is a miracle because of TOM. I am now 4/10. The next pounds will probably be harder, but I can stay OP and get it done!

Tiffany, you've got the winning attitude! You're not letting that slight, temporary gain get you off track! Our 11th anniversary (a big congratulations on yours!) was Saturday and I "celebrated" a bit, too! That pound will be gone in no time! :teeth:

Great job on your 1 lb. loss, Carrie--especially during TOM! I usually see a 2-2.5 gain around that time. :crazy2: You must be working so hard! Way to go! :hyper:

I am down 1 lb. this week also, making me 8/15 for the Challenge!

Whether up or down, it seems to be the week of 'ones'. ;)

Another 1 lb loss this week for me, taking me to 60.5 lbs lost so far, and 3/10 for this challenge.

Is it too late to join in? If not, you can add me to the list. I have been doing Atkins, today is day #10. I have lost 8lbs so far. My goal for the Thanksgiving challenge is to drop 15 more.
 
Tiffany, you and I are in the same boat. I didn't lose anything this week due to anniversary celebration. (I actually gained but then lost so now I'm even). Oh well, the celebrating was fun and its a new week. So, 1.5/15 for me.

Does anyoneelse have this problem?

I seem to sabatage myself when I lose weight. I step on the scale daily (I know what you're going to say). When I lose weight, I cheat alot on that day, then when I gain I'm super motivated to lose again. As a result I have lost the same 2 pounds several times. Any advice would be appreciated.
 
Hi everyone, Had my Monday night weigh in last night and 3 pounds are gone. That leaves 12 more to go for my Thanksgiving goal.

Didn't lose anything this week (damn you Bloat Fairy) so I'm still 4.6 pounds down with 10.4 pounds to go to my goal of 15 pounds!!!!!!


Still can't figure out how to get that turkey?? I've tried copying and pasting, but it didn't work:( :( Can anyone help??
 
Oops~I forgot to check in last week. I am down 3 lbs since week one!! That makes 8/20 for my turkey day goal! Only 12 more to go!! Keep up the great work everyone.
 
Well... I am finally happy to post something positive on a challenge thread! I am down to 155, which puts me at 1.5/10. Let's hope I can keep THAT up!

Way to go everybody on your successes and attitudes! WISH must be one of the happiest places on the internet, or at least the DIS!

Well, I got a late start, so I'm just completing myfirst week. I stayed the same this week so I'm 0/20. On a positive note, I had gained four pounds over the past two weeks, so not gaining feels pretty good. Thanks, Kim Raye, for the support. Next week I hope to impress.

(Hey, I've been away for a while and don't remember how to change the count down box. We had a great trip this summer, but I want to start counting down to our trip in March. I'd appreciate any help...)
 
I'm at 140, down 4.5 since Sept 1. It's slow but steady with a TON of exercise.I just hope I can keep this up!
 
I gained a pound this week but think it is due to a visit from the bloat fairy so hopefully next week I will get a visit from the woosh fairy lol. So I am at 3/12.

Much better week for me ... down another 2 thats 8/25

I am so excited! Started daily excercising this past week. Bought a mini trampoline. Boy it is Fun. But I have to sign up for my own time on it because my 5 year old just loves it...
