Hey I'd like to introduce myself I am Savannah mother of wish child Anakin. Granters are coming Tuesday and my son almost 3 would be beyond thrilled to go to WDW. Just wondering what's the earliest a wish maybe been granted after granters did home visit?

It really depends on how urgently the wish needs to be filled.

In the case of a child who is not expected o live long, they will do whatever is possible to meet the wish quickly.
In non-urgent cases, it varies.

How many people are usually able to be part of a wish?

It probably depends on the family size and makeup. I think it's typically immediate family, though some chapters may allow a friend for an only child, or allow grandparents to be included -- possibly if they pay partial expense since the Villa is covered anyway. You can ask your wish-grantors. Some things depend on the chapter.
