On Monday I will be calling MS to book 5- two bedrooms, 1-one bedroom and 5-studios for an upcoming trip. I am not too worried about availiblity, but I am concerned about getting a MS CM who is on the ball........

I will be using points from 3 different resorts, 2 different UY's and banked, current, and borrowed points and will need all the help an experienced MS CM can provide.

I do want to add that most of the MS CMs I have delt with have been wonderful, but as we all know there are a few that we wouldnt want to get for complex reservations.

So please send me "really good" CM vibes for Monday.
