I haven't posted yet this week, but have kept track of my Curves visits, WATP tapes, and outdoor walking. Please add 255 minutes. That's put me at 325/1000. Thanks so much.

Checking in for week 2 (for me). I was on a road-trip vacation all week, so my eating has been a bit off-plan to say the least. On the positive side, we walked almost as much as we would on a WDW vacation. With that plus my Firm workouts, I'm clocking in with 650 minutes for this week! (Just looking at that makes my feet ache again!). In answer to Sue's question above, I'm counting walking time when we were purposefully walking to something, not the browsing in stores part. We went car-less after we reached our hotels, so it really added up.
Also, I think my first week post may have been missed (I've included it below .. it hasn't shown up in the first page summary yet.. just want to make sure).
So my total thus far is 900 minutes. Only 100 minutes to go! I can't believe that. Maybe I should up my total?

Yesterday I did Firm Calorie Killer for 40 minutes and this morning I did Firm super cardio sculpt for 37 minutes which brings my total for the September challenge to 446/1000. I'm almost halfway there! Woohoo!!!!
Sue - in answer to your question, I walked for 30 minutes yesterday morning but it was more of a slow purposeful stroll. I'm not counting it because I would only consider it execise if I got my heart rate up and as slow as we walked, I know I didn't.
Okay... I said I would be relaxing today and I did, but I think I should be able to count the minutes it took me to WALK to the refrigerator to get water and the WALK it took me to go the bathroom from all the water I drank today I also had to WALK down to the neighbors to drop off something... so I should be able to count 3 minutes of exercise in there

In a answer to Sue's question. I only count what I call 'proper walking' that's when I go a distance at a good pace. I don't count walking around the shops. I don't even count the time that I am on the hospital ward, and believe me that IS exercise!!
