Wish Concierge pools and hot tubs

We have a guest with mobility issues. Wondering if anyone has info on entry to pools and hot tubs in the concierge areas. We are staying in concierge in Sept because we had COVID credits to use up so we splurged as we don’t know if we will ever get to travel again.
All the photos look like only entry to pools are via vertical ladders! anyone have any I for regarding pools entries on the WISH.

There are a few steps that go into the shallow wading pool with bench. Then the hot tubs both have steps with handrails.
