Where is the best place to purchase discounted gift cards?

We got some from Sam's Club right before Christmas. Be careful, though, as some offer more discount than others. We got the $200 for $185, and got to looking at the $400 card, but the discount was only down to $390, so we got 2 of the $200 cards and went on our way!

BJs and Sams have discounted cards all year, and run a "sale" on these a couple of times a year. There are limits on the # of sale cards you can buy, though. See the thread referenced above for more hints on how to get deals on Dis gift cards... and remember, if you have a Target Red Card and buy a Disney gift card with it, you'll get a 5% discount!
