Wish Concierge Boarding Group?

To clarify from regulars (only my 2nd cruise and my last was 4.5 years ago so precovid policies where concierge could show up anytime) I was unable to complete my checkin last night at my 30 day window because my daughters teen friend could not find her birth certificate to send me a photo. The Boarding Group says it’s temporarily locked. Does this mean I’ll get a bad BG or do Concierge guests automatically get better ones? I can’t find the info on the Disney site.

You can still board whenever - Concierge hasn't changed. You will be first if you're there when boarding starts.
