I'm down 2.5 pounds this week and well on my way to my 10 pound clippie. I posted my short term goals a few weeks ago. One was to get my 5 pound clippie (did that). The other one was to be able to wear my ring again. I suspect I probably could right now, but I'm gonna hold out and use it as my "reward" when I get my 10 pound clippie (or maybe my 15 pounder).
I'm motivated and feeling good now. I use my treadmill faithfully every night after work. I get in 4-6 miles walk/run. I've also discovered the amazing seafood shop near my apartment here in Japan! Fresh fish, and it's all ready to prepare (no heads, tails, guts!). So I've been eating fish almost every day for dinner for the past few weeks. I am bound and determined to leave this weight in Japan and never bring it back home!
