CarolA I almost missed you. The check-in thread had slipped to page two.
But I found it and I'm glad that I did because a celebration is in order. You lost 1.2 pounds this week! That is excellent progress. Aren't you feeling proud of yourself? I'm proud of you.
You need to make a plan for that trip. Anniet made a business trip one week and planned so carefully that her weight loss was not derailed. Make a plan, if you are prepared you are more likely to be successful.
I'm really glad that you are part of my support group, sweetie. You are doing great!
lisajl You may need to attend the WW meetings, some people just need the structure and accountability.
If you are faithful to your eating plan and workout regularly then the weight is going to come off. You just don't like the timeline. Don't get hung up on a number on a scale.
As soon as the thyroid replacement reaches an adequate level you will start losing more quickly. Hang in there. Never give up
