It may be June but here in Mid Michigan it feels more like March

It got all the way up to 70 today, woo hoo!!!! (Yes, that was sarcasm, hope I dont get deleted

)
I love this thread, Holly

Im only two pages behind and its only Monday.
eva South Beach diet is very much like Atkins isnt it? Controlled carbohydrate eating with total avoidance of refined carbohydrates?
Im looking forward to seeing how well you do this week, Ill bet you do great.
PartyofSix Holy Cowabunga!!! You lost 4.5 pounds in just one week??? WOW! Thats terrific.
Look at that gorgeous platinum 50 pound loss clippie. Its so beautiful. It looks great on you.
There is no stopping you now, is there? You are determined and on your way to goal. You are such a great example for me and a wonderful member of my support group.
I am now inspired to earn one of those platinum jobs, just so inspirational
SnackyStacky YIKES! Look at you! You are at goal and still losing, how awesome that is, Dan.
Thank you for posting to the check in thread even though you are at goal, it helps keep me focused and motivated.
Meriweather Is that a sad smilie? That looks like a sad smilie. Nancy, you know sad smilies are allowed in WISH. Especially when you are talking about maintaining your weight. Maintaining your weight is a smilie smilie kind of accomplishment
You didnt gain, you maintained. That is a good thing. Okay, whats done is done and there is no sense beating yourself up about it. We dont concern ourselves with the past, we just care about right now.
So, tell me. How are you doing right now, Nancy? Inquiring minds want to know. Ill bet you are doing just fine. Am I right?
Hang in there, you can do thisjust dont give up. Have you measured yourself? If you havent done that you really should. Yes, I know Im a nag but I happen to know from personal experience that measuring yourself helps you stay determined. You still have a whole month before July 4th, just keep on keeping on. You may not reach that magical number you have chosen as a goal but you will be smaller and thats a very good thing.
Now, will you 86 those sad smilies. Stand up straight and be proud of yourself. You faced eating challenges, stumbled a little on the road to goal and yet you didnt gain. You maintained your weight and that is a very good thing to do. Be proud of yourself, if you arent gaining you are making progress
maryliz WOOHOO!! Another two pounds are gone forever. Look at you go now! How great you are doing.
I love your positive attitude, too. Such an exuberant celebration of your success. You are right, too, maintaining is a good thing. Not as much fun as losing but so much fun than gaining, right ?
I am just so happy and proud of you. Good job! You are making your way to goal and there is no stopping you now
Tiiiigergirl You sure are calm for someone who lost six whole pounds in one week. No jumping up and down or anything. Boy, I would be calling people long distance to tell them this news
Okay, well, when you are cool, I suppose you are cool. I wont force you to celebrate. I just wanted to tell you how proud I am of you and I hope you are proud of yourself. This is wonderful progress. You are on your way to goal now and you are kicking up dust
Kelsie Thank goodness! Now we can start agonizing about that next timeline and goal.
I know you are happy about reaching this goal, I sure would be. Arent you just proud that you didnt give up? Im proud of you and so is everyone else. Love that gorgeous 25 pound loss clippie in your signature. Dont get too attached, you know as well as I do that you will be replacing that with a pretty gold one very soon.
Good job, sweetie, what a success you are and what a wonderful example for me
Sue & Co. WOO HOO!!!!!! Look at you go! 3 pounds gone forever. You have a beautiful new clippie, too. Not only that but you stayed on plan even though you had a family celebration. Amazing. What a shining example you are for us.
Such determination, such motivation, such success. Im so happy and proud for you. Keep this up and you will be at goal in no time at all.
blanq Im glad you realize that maintaining your weight is a good thing. My husband and I did the same thing, we lost about 20 the first month and then stalled. We did, however, lose lots of inches during our stall. Have you measured yourself yet?
If you havent measured yourself yet, you should. It can help keep frustration at bay. You have a nice, positive attitude and you are doing great. Im really glad that you are part of my support group.
Dax Well, those gummi bears were eaten in the past so we wont worry about those, we dont worry about the past, here on WISH. We can only take care of what we do right now, we cant change the past so we just let it go.
Right now you sound like you have a renewed enthusiasm and determination to reach your goal. Thats great! Ill bet you reach your goal with ease.
glo {{{HUGS}}} sweetie. What a coincidence Ive got some stressful things going on in my life, too. Ill bet lots of us know exactly how you feel.
Hope things get better soon. I suppose you can have a pass on the weigh-in this week, but next week no excuses
Princess Michelle If there is anything that makes me crazier than someone who doesnt celebrate their success--it is someone who can calmly announce they spent last Saturday at WDW. No bouncing smilies or anything! You are one cool customer Michelle.
Look what you did. You went to WDW and still maintained your weight. Just think of all the food temptations that surround you there. I think that is pretty impressive. I dont care if it was only one day, it is still impressive.
Maintaining your weight is a sign of success. It proves to you that you will be able to keep the weight off after you lose as much as you want to lose. Not only that but it tells me you are subconsciously controlling your portions even while you are at WDW. Excellent!
You are a great example for me. You are such an important part of my support group, that I forgive you for being so gorgeous. Ill bet that comes as a relief, huh?
You will show a loss next week, Im sure of it! Keep your eye on your goal youll get there sooner than you think.
ead79 Okay, first things first. {{{HUGS}}} sweetie. I cannot believe they would give another woman the promotion you worked so hard to earn. That is outrageous

Dont they know you are a WISHer? By definition that makes you the best choice for a promotion. You send me that idiots phone number and Ill call him and give him what for!
Next, I think we both know that .8 pound gain was a gift from the bloat fairy and will go away soon. You ate for comfortI think a lot of us do that. You need to come up with a plan for next time, though. What can you do next time to avoid those comfort foods? Why dont you come to WISH and let us talk you out of it? We could try, were pretty nice you know. We care about you. Thats what a support group does...it provides support. Next time come here to your friends and let us help you out.
Now, this fluid gain is going away very soon. Drink an extra glass of water and step up your workout. This .8 pounds will go away and take a couple of other pounds of fat with it. I promise.
How are things going this week? Better? Never forget that we are always here for you if you need to talk or even just throw a cyber tantrum. Were here and we care. {{{HUGS}}}
Susan--Ontario I suppose I should change my outlook. I love celebrating successes. I find it to be very motivating for me. I would be bouncing up and down all over the place if I had lost 5 pounds in one week.
To each is own, though. Im not going to force you to celebrate if it works best for you if you dont. Too bad, though. I just love celebrating successes and Im getting pretty good at bouncing with joy for others.
Im very happy and proud for you, Susan, so I hope you are felling proud of yourself.
MontyMontyMOnty Another pass on the weigh-in? Okay. You will be here next week wont you?
My son went through that stage at 5 months. Awoke at 2am for about a month, I didnt think I was going to make it, he just wanted to play and I just wanted to sleep.
{{{HUGS}}}
alexandmaddie What is it with all of you calm people? I would be over the moon if I lost 8 pounds in one week. Ive never done that before and I doubt I ever will.
I cant let this wonderful success go without a celebration. I cant help myself

WOO HOO!!!! alexandmaddie lost 8 whole pounds in one week!!! That is stupendous success!!!
It truly is stupendous success, cutie. You are successful at this weight loss stuff. What a motivation for me to get and stay focused. Im so proud of you and Im hoping that you are feeling pretty proud of yourself.
Look at you go! You are just tearing down that road to goal. You will reach it sooner than you think too. Love your shiny new clipart, it looks so nice on you.
TnRobin You lost 11 pounds all in one week and you were eating cheesecake in NY? WOW! Im impressed. Way to go, my friend.
Isnt it just the greatest feeling to see your efforts paying off? Good job! Be proud of yourself, you are doing great!
CrzyforPiglet Yeeehaaaa! Way to go! 3.5 pounds gone forever in just two weeks. WOWSERS. You are just racing toward goal. Youve earned a beautiful new clippie, too. Very attractive.
How exciting that you are only 7 pounds before you reach a mini-goal and have a month to work on that project. You are just doing so well. Dont you feel proud? I sure hope so because everyone of us is proud of you.
FantasticDisFamily Look at that inspirational and positive attitude of yours, sweetie. You earn a gold star for that, good job!

WOO HOO!!! Another 3.5 pounds gone forever. Look at you go! Only 7 more pounds until you earn one of those gorgeous red clippies. How great you are doing!
Are you smiling really big? You should be. You should look in the mirror every morning and smile and say, Hello, you gorgeous success! Because you are you know. You are a gorgeous success and I am very proud of you.
Be proud of yourself, you are doing a fantastic job at reaching goal!
Jiminy102 YIPPEEE!!!!! WOW, what a great week you had. Another 3 pounds gone forever and you earned a gorgeous shiny 20 pound loss clippie.
Are you beaming with pride? I sure am. Im beaming with pride (and affection) for you. You are just determined to reach goal and you are dragging me with you. I truly appreciate that, Im so glad you are here on WISH with us. You are a true motivator!
geetey Look at you! You are doing a wonderful job! You are really good at this getting healthy and smaller stuff.
Another two pounds and 5.5 inches are gone forever. What an accomplishment. You are just melting away. Im so happy and proud for you.
You sound determined to make it to onederland next week. Ill bet you do it too. Youve got what it takes! Cant wait to see how you do when you post to the next check-in thread! Keep it up, sweetie, you are keeping me focused
becka Losing ½ pound makes you a loser, Becka. You are making progress. Even if you only lost one ounce you are making progress. I know you dont think it counts but if you lose only ½ pound each week you will have lost 26 pounds in one year. That is a significant loss.
You can make it to your goalwe are all going to help you get there. Come here to WISH and vent when you are stressed. It will keep your hands busy.
I know its a little scary to find yourself with a one year old but it will be alright. You are a wonderful mother and Nathan is a precocious baby. Its going to be alright, honest.
{{{HUGS}}} I hope you are happier with your loss next week. Im proud of you for not giving up.
Hannosmom Way to go! You had a one pound loss of fat and a total loss of three pounds. All in one week. Good job!
That 20 pound loss clippie is practically in your signature already. You are doing so well. Im really proud of you and Im tickled that you are in my support group. You help keep me motivated!
NancyK Well, that stinking bloat fairy. You know it was the BF that caused that gain. Im positive the gain you saw is just fluid and it will go away quickly. Ill bet when the fluid is gone you will see some fat has gone with it.
You have a good attitude and you sound determined to get back on track. Good for you. Youre on your way to goal. You really are doing well. Dont worry about last weekend, it was in the past. You know we dont beat ourselves up over the past. We cant change it, so why bother?
You just need to worry about right now and right now you are back on track and on your way to goal!
perfectmatch300 WOO HOO!!!! Way to go, Nancy! Good job. Another 1.5 pounds gone forever. Doesnt that just make you feel proud of yourself?
You have a wonderfully positive attitude too. I love the way you celebrate. Im so happy and proud of you, just think only 1.5 pounds until you can trade up to that 10 pound loss clippie. Ill bet you earn it very soon. Good job this week, you are just working your way steadily to goal!
Debbie You dont think its great that you lost ½ pound even though it was TOM? Seriously? Youll just take it, huh? Well, I guess so!
Im not going to force you to celebrate. If you want to just be blase about it, who am I to insist. I really love celebrations, though. I think youve earned one.
You will have that next new gold clippie very soon, Im sure of it. If you lost ½ pound despite TOM, I imagine you actually lost at least a couple of pounds. The fluid and weight loss will show up at your next weigh in. Will you celebrate your success if it does? You know Im addicted to celebrations. I find them to be very motivational
See you next week, hope you are bouncing up and down by then
DiznEeyore Okay, hooray qualifies as a celebration. A small celebration but still a celebration. I mean you said you have been eating because of stress and you still lost a whole pound. How can you not celebrate something like that?
Im proud of you. You are making progress and you are on your way to goal. Good job!
PadisMOM WOWOWOW!!!!! Another four pounds gone forever! Wonderful progress. You are just racing to goal, arent you? I love your new clippie. Its so pretty. Dont get too attached, though, Ill bet you are trading up again very soon. Im sure of it.
Im really glad you are part of my support group. Your determination, motivation and success help keep me focused. I really appreciate that, too. Good job this week, Im really proud of you and I hope you are proud of yourself.
Whosemom No whining allowed on WISH. Its in the bylaws, Im pretty sure. Ill bet it was that stinking bloat fairy. No one is safe from that big meanie.
Hang in there, you will drop that pound and more, soon. Never give up.
rbuzzotta How wise of you to make a plan. Ill bet you follow the plan, too and get right back on induction after your trip.
Have a magical trip but hurry back to us. Were going to miss you while you are gone.
lmhall2000 What a wonderfully positive attitude you have. Thank you for celebrating the success of others. I love a good celebration. I think you have earned a gold star

Im proud of you for celebrating your own success, too. Its good to know that you recognize your success.
Are you smiling and feeling proud of yourself. Youd better be, Im feeling very proud of you! Good job this week, sweetie.
ahutton I love your positive attitude. Doesnt it help to stay positive like that? Considering how ill you have been I think it is a a very good thing that you maintained your weight this week. It could have been much worse, couldnt it.
{{{HUGS}}} cutie. You are going to lose this weight eventually, you just need to get well first.
FergieTCat You have really had good success with this weight loss. You are just working your way to goal and you have a great attitude.
You must have subconsciously controlled your portions if you went over points and still lost weight. Good for you!
Be proud of yourself. We are all proud of you.
Beanie WOOHOO!!! Another 4 pounds gone forever and you are only one pound away from that 25 pound loss clippie. Doesnt that just make you feel proud of yourself?
Im so glad you are part of my support group, your caring nature and enthusiasm make me smile everyday.
mowsie dreamer You feel lucky that you lost .75 pounds and you arent celebrating?
Do you realize what you did? You ate off plan foods, drank margaritas (with salt probably which forced the bloat fairy to visit you) and you still lost .75 pounds. Thats three sticks of butter. Why dont you go duct tape three sticks of butter to your body and wear it for a few hours. Ill bet you will be very relieved when you remove it. Ill bet you will be proud of yourself, then.
You are on your way to goal and you are doing great! Im proud of you, be proud of yourself.
I don't weigh in until Thursday. In the meantime I want every one of you to spend a few minutes thinking about how far you have come since taking the challenge. Whether or not you saw a loss, a gain or maintained your weight, every single one of you has made progress--if only because you are not giving up. You are learning about yourself everyday and that is progress.
I'm just glad y'all let me hang out here on WISH, with you.
