WISH Check-In Week of January 27

Hey....I joined WW on January 2nd (resolution) and I LOST 12.6 LBS. so far! I have ALOT LEFT but my clothes are starting to fit again (which is a huge relief!) Fortunately, I have alot of time left before the cruise...so.....I am determined to look good by then in a bathing suit! Two pounds this week!

For the good of the group....

Drink water
Exercise
Vegies
Write everything down
Plan ahead
Keep the book which tells you points in your purse!!
WTG....all....keep up the good work!
 
I am back for another round...started last Monday on Atkins again....you guys take me back???

I also need some exersize help as I have screwed up my knee pretty bad and doing PT for it...I need to excersize though...HELP!!!
