WISH Check-IN Week Of February 24

Well, I weighed in at WW last night. I had a 3 point weight loss after gaining 2.2 lbs. last week. Since September I have lost 23.8 lbs. I am about halfway to my goal and 4 months from my WDW vacation and Wonder cruise. I really want to be at goal by then, and I know that I have to start to excercise if I am ever going to get there. Let's hope I find time to get to the gym soon.

You need to put [] around img before the url and [] around the /img after the url for your clipart to show up, though.

Had my WW weigh-in tonight. I was very prepared for it to show a gain since my scales at home were leaning that way. I knew it was going to be close and it ended up being a .8 loss! Heck, I'll take it! That puts me at 10.6 total so I can trade in my 5 lb. clippie for a 10 lb! Wahoo!!!!

Congrats to the other "losers" and a truckload of pixie dust to everyone who is struggling (me included!)
 

Well I guess aggravation is good for me. I woke-up Wednesday with a headache, my hard drive crashed, it was still cold - but today I've lost 5 lbs!!!:Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc

I'm back from WW.

As I suspected, my strep throat "paid off" and I lost 7 pounds for a total of 17 pounds (!!) Yes, I know my appetite will come back eventually, but might as well enjoy it while I can. But, I really want to start eating with the program again because I don't want my metabolism to crash.

Sounds like everybody's doing great this week!

I had my WW weigh in today, and have a total loss of 14.5 lbs (since beginning of Feb.)

Woo-hoo!!! - I hope that 15 lb clip art is waiting for me, Kelsie!
 
Just thought I'd check in. Been doing a low carb diet but not exercising like I should:rolleyes: Hope I can do better this coming week. Hey - at least I've managed to stay away from soft drinks and sweets - my downfall - LOL. I have lost maybe three pounds and hope for more. Got to get to walking though:bounce:
