Well, I am late checking in this week due to having problems getting onto the boards. All I can say is up and down, up and down, that seems to be the way my weeks are going. I am up two pounds this week. I just can't get motivated to keep my exercise going. I go good for a couple of days and then fall off. I also know that I am not drinking enough water. I have no problem with this in the summer, but the winter time is very difficult. Congrats to everyone who lost and keep up that good work.
