Ok WISHers all I can say is SNOW SNOW SNOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We have soooo much snow it is not funny!!!! Needless to say Dh and I are both home today so I am trying to fill my day with Cross stitching to try to keep myself buisy!! So how is the weather where you are.

It has been an ok week. I spent the first part of the week being really hungry after getting over that cold thing I had so who knows!!!! I will try to weigh tomorrow when I get to work!!

Well, yesterday my scales said I lost 3 lbs for last week, but this morning said .5 pounds! :rolleyes: I'm thinking it's just because I didn't drink my water yesterday... :p

Don't they make any scales that are RIGHT??? :Pinkbounc :bounce:
 
No loss this week :( I am depressed today after weighing in! I am probably at my highest weight since I had my Daughter. But I am more determined than ever.

Have a great week everyone and send some of that snow here!! We have been so dry :(
 
My first official weigh-in at Weight Watchers is tomorrow, but I bet it will be snowed out :(

I did so good this past week, even including going to a party Saturday night.

I don't have a scale at home here, so I don't know how much I've lost....
 

-2 for last week for me! Remember guys drink that water and float with me.LOL
 
Congratulations everyone. I gained last week, even though I was very good and stuck with the program. It's that nasty menopausal fluid I retain. Hopefully by Thursday I will at least have dropped this fluid :rolleyes:
 
Well, it's a steady GAIN for me...I'm being told that it's muscle but it's discouraging. I've fallen off the SB wagon a little, but not too badly.

to those that haven't, hang in there. You'll get there. We all will.

Actually, there is a t-shirt at my gym that I want. It's nothing fancy, a white t-shirt that says in black, "Never never quit". After payday I may be the proud owner of one of those. :)
 
Well, I GAINED 4 lbs. Depressed doesn't even come close to covering it! I'm sticking with it though and I'm going to try and figure out what exactly I did wrong. What I really want to do right now is go for a nice long walk, but mother nature has other plans at the moment with her blizzard.

Oh well, good job everyone...stick with it!
 
Hang in there D-D4. I've gained 8 pounds over the last 3 weeks. Together we'll get there. You may not be able to walk, but can you chase the vacuum or mop or something physical like that?
 
Katholyn, I agree with you about the menopausal fluid! I'm having the same problem! No weight loss for me again, even though I've been good about both my diet and exercise. It gets discouraging even though I know for sure it's fluid build-up. The only good thing for me is the loss I see in inches in my upper arms.
It's still snownig like crazy here. DH just got restless & went outside. He was in snowdrifts up to his hips! Good thing we live in a condo so someone else gets to shovel. We still have to dig our cars out. I think that will be my exercise for tomorrow! :teeth:

I'm down two pounds this week, so I'm happy.

Hi ~ I was doing well, but I've been blowing it lately. This weekend was terrible, Saturday we went to RFC and Sunday was a bday party with lots of munchies and cake. I even eat cake at midnight last night. I can't seem to control my eating. Exercise is not a problem, is my bad eating habits. I'm terrible with water too. I used to drink lots of water, but now I don't. This morning I am gaining a little motivation. I would like to lose about 20 lbs now. Chat soon! S
 
I lost 1 pound this week for a total of 9 pounds. I think my biggest problem was eating out so much - 8 times in total. The good news is that I easily fit into 2 pairs of jeans that I have not been able to wear in a long time. And I gave away the Valentine's Day candy I received. :)
 
Well, I've lost another few pounds, bringing the total to 10. But I won't get my clippie, until I'm sure that it's going to "take". We'll see in a couple of days! I'm using www.fitday.com to journal my food, and I really like it! Grazing all day seems to help, too! Next on the list, will be some physical exercise. Keep your fingers crossed that I can stay on the right track!
 
Only 1 pound this week. Too much salt and I also have those menopausal pounds.

I haven't had much luck with excercise, either. That has never been fun for me and it is always a challenge.
 
Valentine's Day + Girl Scout cookies = 4 lb. gain. 'nuff said. :( :(

I stayed the same this week! I guess I should be glad I didn't gain, since we went out to dinner TWICE this week.....I tried not to eat poorly, but the Key Lime Pie was calling my name! LOL!!!

I still worked out 4 days and did WW most of the time. Hopefully this week will be a bit better.
