Jiminy102 I love our weekly check in thread, thanks for posting this week
How great that you maintained your weight this week. You must be controlling your portions very well.
No parties planned here. No special plan needed (this time). Enjoy your holiday.
SnackyStacky I refuse to believe that the Whoosh Fairy would do that, it must be the work of the dreaded Bloat fairy, don't you think?
Enjoy the picnic tomorrow. I'll bet you do great. You have just internalized all of those great principles of WW, I have no doubt you will do just fine.
minniespal I'm so sorry to hear that you have been unwell. I hope you are feeling 100% better very soon. {{{HUGS}}} my friend.
firecracker Don't be depressed. You lost 1/2 pound in a week and if you keep that up you will lose 26 pounds in a year. That's progress, my friend. Besides that, muscle weighs more than fat and you have been working out. Sounds like you have been pretty successful to me, cutie. Keep it up, you're doing just great!
scanne How did the wedding go? I hope you enjoyed yourself. You're doing very well. Losing an average of 3.5 pounds/week is wonderful progress.
Good luck with school starting. I hope you have an easy first week. Be proud of yourself, cutie, you are doing great!
Sue & Co. That pound is likely fluid retention since you haven't stayed exactly on plan. I'll bet it leaves soon and takes a pound of fat along with it.
I'll be glad when you can DIS more, I'm looking forward to that part. Hang in there, you're doing great and once school starts you will be doing even better.
kayeandjim00 WOOHOO!! 2.5 pounds gone forever. You're doing very well. I'll bet that 5 pound loss clipart is in your signature very soon.
Be proud of yourself, you are doing very well and I'm proud of you.
vfb2girls Now, see? You should measure yourself. Sounds like you are doing very well if your clothing is fitting better now.
Maintaining your weight is not as much fun as losing but it's a very good sign because it proves that you will be able to keep those pounds off once you have lost all you need to lose. Be proud of yourself, you are doing great.
Debbie Good for you! You banished the BF quickly. Vacation is over, school has started and you are refocused on your goal. You're going to do even better than you've done already, I'm sure of it.
Nancy That new clippie is so close...I'll bet you have it next week--only 8 ounces to go. I covet those gold clips.
You are doing so well and I'm feeling very proud of you, sweetie. I hope you are feeling proud of yourself.
NCRedding Amazing what we can accomplish with exercise! Well, you are back on track and doing great--good job!
MelanieC You're checking in from Vegas? WOW. I hope you are having a terrific time. Hurry back to us, though.
DoeWDW WOO HOO!!! You lost 3 pounds in 4 days? That is awesome progress. I'm so happy and proud for you.
Don't forget to measure yourself, too. Those measurements are important information to have.
maryliz Good job! I can't believe you were way over points and still lose .5 pounds. Way to go. I'm feeling proud of you, cutie.
LuvTigger Woo Hoo!!! 2 more pounds gone forever. You are doing a terrific job with this weight loss stuff. Keep this up and you will be at goal before you know it.
I sure hope you are feeling proud of yourself, all of your WISH friends are proud of you.
I'm already behind on the check in thread and it's only Monday, LOL. This is everyone who posted on page one.
Onward and downward, my friends.
