GREAT JOB EVERYONE!!

I did not check in last week because I was upset with myself. I was very bad so decided to buckle down this past week. i am very happy to say I am down 1 pound in the last 2 weeks. Very good since I was up 3 pounds last week.

So I plan on sticking to my diet until next week. I want to get my 5lb clippie. Only 1 more to go. I really want that clippie.

After such a bad week last week and feeling like I was way off track from my goals I was amazed when I weighed in today! I lost 2 pounds! I am so happy that I actually lost!

Last week I was aweful with what I ate, didn't do any regular exercising but did a lot of help with the construction on my house. I really have to thank everyone for the support this past week - I am sure that it is because of you all that I am back on track and loosing the weight! One more pound and I will be able to collect my 5 pound clippie! Everyone here is so great and so supportive! Thanks again!

Jen

Sue, congrats on the downward trend. You had a bit of a stall and stuck it through. That shows your positive determination.

Ooooh, TigerLily, you’ll need to share your secrets for losing 2 pounds while at WDW! We are all jealous, but really proud of you. That new clippie looks mahvelous on you, darling!

Karen, 4 or 5 pounds in less than three weeks, might be a wee bit high to make for a goal right now. It certainly is attainable, but don’t set yourself up for feeling down. Just do the best you can, for the time that you have. And be proud of those efforts. You can do it, we have faith in you!

Momster, of COURSE you’ll keep your new clippie. It’s attached to you, and there is no going backward on these things. Only the scale is allowed to back up! :jester: Before you know it, you’ll be
trading this one in, too. I sure hope that you are feeling better, though!

Nancy, your positive energy is radiating throughout WISH. We all get to celebrate a new ONEderland buddy~especially since a lot of us are newly there! :Pinkbounc Be sure to let us know how your Measure Day goes tomorrow!!

PamCo88, you showed real strength in checking yourself last week, working through the difficulties, and logging in a 1 pound loss this week. Good for you!!! Don’t be afraid to report a gain, though, the wet noodles don’t hurt! (Well, as long as you don’t eat them! :teeth:

Great stuff on the loss, Jen! I can almost see that clippie in your signature. And, don’t forget, while you maybe didn’t do an exercise routine , you were obviously getting exercise!

Mommy Poppins, congratulations on your first 5 pound loss. Now get thee to the thread, and change that clippie! Success feels good, doesn’t it?

We are really doing well this week, don’t you think?? :Pinkbounc :bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce:

Mommy, you'll find the instructions here . Check Jody's 2nd or 3rd post to get the exact clippie. HTH!

I always feel so late checking in here b/c my official weigh in is Thursday! Ah, well, better late than never, right?

I wasn't optimistic about this weigh in. I had a decent amount of trouble as I spent the weekend with my mom while dh was fishing in Canada. My mom focuses a lot on food....what she can eat, what she can't, always talking about food, recipes, sales at the grocery store, etc. She's always got her pantry overstocked and her fridge bulging. She overbuys so much, and hates to waste it, so either has to eat it herself or push it on others. Unfortunately, there were several times I went outside of the parameters of hungry and satisfied. I repented, asked for forgiveness and restarted. But I seriously thought today would reflect my behavior.

Praise God He has removed another 2 1/2 pounds from my body!

So many exciting things happen because of this....
I got to move from the 10 pound club to the 15 pound club.
I grabbed my 15 pound clippie.
I reached my Labor day goal....EARLY! :)

Thanks everyone for the support!

I just love the check-in thread! So great to see all these posts. If you lost, WOO-HOO! If you maintained, WOO-HOO! If you gained, HANG IN THERE and know that next week will be better! Everyone who reports in here should be proud, you are all doing a GREAT job! Lots of clippie changes this week, that is awesome! And Debbie, thanks for all the kind things you've had to say this week! You are a PEACH!!!

Had my weigh in today since tonight we are going out for dinner (would not be a pretty picture to weigh in tomorrow!) ;) Am holding steady at 138.5 and I'm SOOOO happy about that! Last week I was visited by the nasty Bloat Fairy and didn't check in (shame on me!) but this week the Bloat Fairy is gone and I am happy to be under 140 again! ;)

DH is 197 again for the second week in a row, Woo-hoo!!! He looks really great and I bet by the next weigh in he will be down a pound or so!

Congratulations to everyone who lost this week and thanks to Debbie for the encouragement :)

I had my WI today and I lost a pound ... for a total of 9 pounds :p I'm so close to that 10 pound ribbon ... and the 10 pound clippie. Oh well, I'll get there next week

ohiominnie, you're not late--->you're right on time! And LOOK at you!!! Another 2½ pounds gone forever, a new clippie, and you made your mini-goal with weeks to spare! :sunny: Weigh to go. You are obviously on the right road to success. Keep the faith!

Karen, I don't blame you for checking in early! (and, yes, shame on you for not checking in last week! ;) ) I'm so glad the that the BF has headed out of your household. And tell Ross congratulations on his weight loss (and snoring loss), too! Enjoy your dinner!

bunnyfoo, that one pound loss is just fine. I think that you sound a little disappointed that it wasn't two, but that clippie WILL be yours, and so here's an I'm almost there bounce! :bounce: Just think, you have lost 9 pounds! That's more than a 4L bag of milk! Try carrying one of those around all day! Look how far you've come! Keep up the good work!

You know, Kath is right! Doing this does inspire a person to do well on their own plan! I'm hoping that by the end of this week, I'LL have some good news about my loss! Enjoy the rest of the day, everyone!

Hahahaha, I'm SUCH a dorkfish! I was going CRAZY trying to look for my check in post on this thread and couldn't find it for the life of me! So I searched by my name and I figured I'd put this week's check in on LAST week's thread! D'OH! LMAO...

Anyway, I lost 1 lb last week *Tuesday WI* so that means I've lost 48.4 total (soooo close to 50) AND 15.8 on WISH! New clippie! WOOHOO (something I also just realized, wow am I batting 1000 or what? hahaha)

So next week I only need 1.6 more for 50 lbs! So much more to go, but oh well! Baby steps, baby steps! ;-)

Love ya'll!

Christiana

I already checked in this week, but I finally made it to Curves for my one month check in and thought I would give you the overall stats (for inquiring minds, the complete details will be posted in my WISH journal;) )

In my one month at Curves, I lost 9.6 pounds and 13.5 inches :bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce:

Cannot feel much loss, except for the waist area, but I am pleasantly surprised that I lost in every area--even where I cannot "feel" it yet!

Good luck on the weekend everyone!

I am so happy to report another loss this week. I am down 1.5 this week, putting me at a WISH loss of 19 pounds. I hopefully will get my 20# clippie next week.

I also wanted to report that DH (Jimmy) lost 2 pds this week for a total of 9.5 pounds.

Congrat's to all who lost or maintained and for anyone that had a gain this week, keep your spirits high and know that this is a new week and you can get back into the swing of things and get back on track.

Have a wonderful weekend!
Tammy

Thanks for the encouragement Debbie :p I wasn't so much disappointed as I am impatient... but then a good friend of mine reminded me that I didn't put all of the weight on in a week, so I'm not going to be able to take it all off in a week :)

I had no idea that's how much 4L of milk weighed... but the next time I need to be reminded, I'm going to carry the milk around the house for for a little while *lol*

No change for me this week. I was kind of surprised because I thought I was doing really well with the exercise and with my eating habits. But when I thought back, I did eat out quite a bit this past week and I'm sure my calorie count on some days was more than the usual 1700 I allow myself. Oh well, live and learn!

I'm sure next week will show a loss for me!

Christina! I was wondering where you were! Lol. I’m so glad that you found the thread, and now it’s almost time to weigh-in and post again! Your clippie looks fabulous, hun! Good luck this week on reaching that 50 pound goal. You have the right attitude, though, so I’m sure that you’ll be bouncing again next week!

Nancy, those are awesome numbers for a month at Curves! Congratulations! I’m trying to figure out if I should measure a week early, or a week late-and after my trip . Decisions, decisions.

Tammy, you and Jimmy are doing so well. Good for both of you. AND you have the positive attitude to continue your success. Thanks for the advice. It’s right on!

Nicole, have you measured yourself? Sometimes, the numbers on the scale don’t move, but the ones on the measuring tape do. Don’t get discouraged, just keep doing what you’re doing. I have confidence that it’ll come together before you know it!

Hmmm. I think that I counted 18 new clippies this week. AND there are a lot of people sitting on the cusp for next. WAA-HOO! Onward and downward, my friends! :bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce:

I am Happy Happy Happy to report a 2.5 pound loss this week which gets me a new clippie too!!! (LOTS of new clippies out there! YEAH!!!) I just completed the 20th week of WISHing and have lost a total of 47 pounds bringing me to 189 (and a new decade of numbers!). I have also lost 3.5 inches during the month of July, so I am one happy girl!! >>>>>>

Terry!
I couldn't be more proud if I had done it myself! Honey--I am jumping up and down FOR you!

:Pinkbounc

Now for my own weekly report: I have stayed the same yet AGAIN! I am going to switch things up a little next week and we will see if that does the trick! :)
