WISH Challenge Delight in December Chat Thread!

We walked a mile last night(just dd and I because my brother did his after his appointment at the park then fished). DD and I were going to walk at the park before checking out the resale shop for some pants for her. And even some very gently used boots and tennis shoes which will help her feet for when she tries jogging and running. We did our mile in just under 22 minutes which is a decent pace for me at my weight. My shins definitely felt it last night. ;) I'll have to get myself some shoes maybe use my gift card money my dad always sends for Christmas. :goodvibes

Take care of your feet and legs! New shoes would be a great way to spend your Christmas money! Nothing worse than getting ramped up to get active and in shape and then having an injury! I've been really lucky for the past nearly 7 years that I've never had a bad injury related to exercise. I did have a knee that was bothering me for a bit, but I bought an OTC knee brace and wore it faithfully while on the TM for a few months and it helped tremendously! I still keep it in my gym bag, just in case.

Happy Friday everyone! I will come right out and say I was DELIGHTED with the number on the scale this morning. It was even lower than I had been hoping for...... not a huge loss, but still a pound under my goal and a great place to be just 2 weeks before Christmas! Now to keep the momentum going next week when DD is home! I'll be planning some delicious HEALTHY meals for us for next week so that we ALL go into the holidays in the best place possible! And hopefully DD and I can motivate each other to stay active. Anyone else need any EXTRA motivation to stay OP for these last two weeks before Christmas? Let's try to help each other!!

Got a call at 8:30 that I was supposed to be at school today!!:confused3 Whoops! I got ready in record time and got here by 9:15 (just a little over an hour late). Not sure where the miscommunication came from, but the office was understanding an apologetic. But the nice long "to do" list I had created for myself will go un-done for now. oh well.

Off to double check the Budget Board and see if anyone has posted any good last minute Christmas deals! TTYL................P

Hey all, just stopping by quickly. I forgot to hop on the scale before breakfast because I was running out the door this morning ... I hopped on after breakfast but didn't like the number. Hopefully I'll remember either tomorrow or Sunday and I'll see a better result.

The good news is I did get some walking in, which is always good. Not sure what we have going on around here this weekend, but hopefully I'll be able to stay on track with my eating and get some exercise in.

Have a great weekend, all!

I'm wearing walking shoes they are just worn down and at least 2 years old. :goodvibes But I think I'll treat myself to some new walking shoes for sure. And probably some tops. I need some t shirts and maybe some sweatpants or something to walk in when/if we do start to drop temps enough to need them. I know we have some nights we will drop into the 30s soon. But Jan or Feb we often seen the most drops. This weekend will be cold(er) and rainy so I'm going to get in as much walking outside as I can before that. It will likely be flooding much like California just had even though the storm supposedly weakened some now. We just flash flood from any significant amount. I may have to get on the exercise bike if the weather doesn't let up at all Sat for walking.

I haven't gotten on today yet either. I'm curious to see if the walking has helped erase some of the Nov gain. MFP app said I'd be under 300 in 5 weeks if everyday was like Wednesday was. :thumbsup2 Great job on walking. I'm becoming somewhat addicted and motivated to increase time and distance. DD is wanting to run/jog a bit so we may move to the track where she'll be more apt to do that since she'll still be fairly close by but be able to go her pace she wants. Plus get her more accustomed to track running so she can hopefully join the track and field team in Jan. She has little interest in sports aside from gymnastics and track(more interest in hurdles and jumping though).

Oh boy weighed in finally this afternoon and up 3 lbs, WhAT??. :( Hopefully remaining water retention from having TOM over weekend and through early week. Still feel a bit bloated I hate that my cycle is so long. But bloating probably means water. Having some green tea and see if I can flush some out.

We walked 1.77 miles at the park. Figured we'd add a bit of distance. We will work towards 3 miles in a shot eventually and work on getting it in quicker. My legs were feeling the difference in length. :crazy2: But felt great to make it. DD was really feeling it she jogged a couple times but she pushed through even though I gave her the option to cut across the field and wait at the bench by the car.

Sorry you forgot to weigh-in. I ALMOST forgot, but remembered at the last minute before getting dressed and eating breakfast!

Prayers that your weather improves and NO flooding!! After 2 years of walking you DEFINITELY need new sneaks!

That would be wonderful for her! She could truly find a passion in something in the track and field area! And good for you for challenging yourself to increase your time and distance! No better person to compete against than yourself!

Morning all! Busy day yesterday when I got called to work at the last minute. And so much to do here because...... DD IS COMING HOME TOMORROW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:yay:

Yesterday was a little stressful and I gave in and did a bit of stress eating last night (yes, I know better and YES, I knew what I was doing), but tracked it and moved on and had a great OP breakfast and plan to have an OP WEEK!!!

BBL today or tomorrow to chat!.....................P

Eating a late dinner had to take dd to urgent care to make sure her foot was just sprained nothing was torn or broke. I pretty much knew it wasn't broke she'd been walking around on it fine. X ray didn't show any tears/breaks on the ligaments either. Just got some exercises for her to do daily and he said she could keep on walking. I told her better hold off on jogging awhile. May have to cut distance back for her though for a bit if she gets too sore. She's been walking a mile fine but the 1.77 and then that night it started to swell a bit.

We got the remains of the storm California just had, it was not as much rain as they made it out to be but it sure dropped temps down a bit today. A little brisk but still went out without a sweater/hoodie and was fine. Got some cold overnight temps coming up I think. But daytime still due for 60s so very nice weather to keep the walking going.

Saw this on Facebook and knew I had to post it:

I'll be back later to chat!

I finally have time to sit down for a mass-reply (assuming I can make it that long sans coffee ... don't have the energy to get up and make coffee).

Good luck with the job hunt and to your DD with her return to "real" school!;)

I'm having a similar mediocre week.... but that being said, I'm staying busy. Just too many carbs and too many evening snacks (even if they are within my PP range for the day, I am eating them too late!).

I have the same problem sometimes - even when I'm staying within range, sometimes I eat the wrong foods at the wrong times.

*********************************

Hey all! Here at work today. She called me rather late, so it was a scramble to get myself showered and dressed and get 2 breakfasts made and 2 lunches packed! But we made it.

I am supposed to meet two folks to sell things through a FB yard sale, but they are both being wishy-washy, so I'm not sure if the meetings are going to happen. I hope they do because the extra money would be good.

I hate when people won't commit to something! I hope it worked out okay.

Gotta dash!! I need to get my kids from the library and get them out the door to go home! Head is pounding and I can't wait to get home, take an Advil, and chill for a bit before heading out to the robotics meeting.......P

I hope the advil helped and your headache went away!

:goodvibes

Nice walk ... 22 minutes for a mile is pretty good! And good shoes are definitely a good use of gift card money. If you can swing it, try to go to a running store and have them fit you - you don't have to buy anything there (usually), and they can help you figure out something that will be really good for you and hopefully can fit within your budget.

I used to basically live with my knee brace (literally kept it next to my bed from when I was 15 until about a year ago). Having good shoes has really made a difference for me - I haven't had significant prolonged knee problems since I got shoes with good arch support.

Yay for a good number on the scale.
And extra yay for your DD coming home! I hope you guys can stay healthy and active as a family!

Oops ... at least you got there not too late! But it's rough when something unexpected messes with your to-do list. I hope you managed to find time to get some things done!

I'm wearing walking shoes they are just worn down and at least 2 years old. :goodvibes But I think I'll treat myself to some new walking shoes for sure. And probably some tops. I love shopping for discounted workout clothes ... yesterday I got a top that was on sale for $7.20, and I coupons so it worked out to about $4. A few weeks ago I got running tights for about 30% off. If you're willing to look for the sales, you'll be able to get a lot of good stuff for your walks!

I haven't gotten on today yet either. I'm curious to see if the walking has helped erase some of the Nov gain. MFP app said I'd be under 300 in 5 weeks if everyday was like Wednesday was. :thumbsup2 Great job on walking. I think that if you start slow, you can definitely increase your time and distance. And yay for your DD wanting to run/jog and join the track and field team. Running is great exercise and being on a team at a new school will be a great way for her to make some new friends!

I hope it's just TOM and you're back to normal numbers soo!

We walked 1.77 miles at the park. Figured we'd add a bit of distance. We will work towards 3 miles in a shot eventually and work on getting it in quicker. My legs were feeling the difference in length. :crazy2: But felt great to make it. Great walking distance! If you keep increasing slowly, you should be able to make it to 3 miles ... and then you'll be almost ready to walk some 5Ks if you want!

Sorry you forgot to weigh-in. I ALMOST forgot, but remembered at the last minute before getting dressed and eating breakfast!

I remembered before breakfast ... but after I left the house, and I wasn't going back just to weigh in.

WOOHOO on the walking!

Thanks!

Fingers crossed that it was a fluke!

You are really making some great progress! Hope you are proud of the progress and the EXAMPLE you are setting for your DD to help her grow up to be healthy and strong!

Sorry about the stress eating. But it's good that you can recognize what you were doing and were able to move on!

I'm glad to hear the rain wasn't too bad! Cooler temperatures can be hard, but good for you going out despite the cold! When it gets a little colder, you can still try to bundle up and go out.

Saw this on Facebook and knew I had to post it:

10857802_10154813635740478_8359354637109298988_n.jpg

I'll be back later to chat!

I saw this on Facebook this morning and had to post it! One of my problems is that I hate the idea of giving up any foods. I need to remember that changing how I eat doesn't mean giving up foods - I may just have to minimize certain foods and increase how much I eat other foods.

Hello all! I managed to remember to hop on the scale this morning, and I was up half a pound. Weekends tend to be pretty bad for me, though (I make it up during the week), so I'm actually happy with it. Assuming this week goes okay, I should have a loss coming up on Friday (assuming I remember to get on the scale).

Not much going on around here today, but I'm hoping that means I can fit in some time for exercise. I'm trying to plan my meals for the week, but for some reason I'm drawing a blank on what foods I like. I think I must be having a blonde moment (even though I'm not a blonde). My mom bought me tons of canned beans last week, so I want to try to make a bean soup one day this week. If I manage to find a good recipe, I'll share it. I'm also looking for a waffle recipe that the whole family will like - I'm getting a waffle maker for Chanukah (I was with my mom when she bought it, so I know I'm getting it).

Time for my morning snack, so I'm off. I hope everyone is having a great weekend!

Yep Sarah our goal is to walk some 5Ks. DD really wants to do the Color run. It comes in jan but not sure I can afford this one yet. They do other ones similar at other times of the year. I'll be sure to get one for her soon. I know some walk it but she will want to run some so better for me to get up to some jogging which will take some time.

I've been browsing but the shoes I have were great when they were new. It the Ryka brand and were so comfy before I wore them out. I think I may go that route again so browsing on amazon but may get local I dunno yet.

Hi all, just stopping by quickly ... trying to avoid doing some cleaning :rolleyes1

I had an okay day today - ate mostly okay, spent most of the day on the couch in front of the TV but did manage to get in a little exercise. I should get in more exercise tomorrow. I haven't figured out my meal plan for tomorrow, so I hope I get some magic inspiration overnight. I also hope I get some sleep ... I didn't get as much as I wanted last night.

Anyway ... I should finish my cleaning and get to bed. I hope everyone had a great weekend!

Hi Friends just a quick Hello and Merry Christmas or Happy Holiday whichever you prefer.. I have partial started the 21 day fix.. partial because I am not doing the workouts this week only the containers (the food portion of the program) and next week I'll add the work out and shakeology - still waiting for it to come .. I had a handful of caramel corn last night but other then that I've been good.. I waited till now because I have the last two weeks of the year off and figure if I can't move after working out it's ok to stay slumped on my couch till then next day and next work out.. plus I heard that the shakeology can um "make things exit quicker" and I'd much rather be at home while my body is adjusting to that !!!
so using the 21 day fix containers I have been eating pretty good
B- scrambled eggs with ham and parm cheese, a slice of 5 grain bread with a T of PB
Snack 1 - small serving of fruit
L - tossed salad w/ parm cheese, healthy Zuppa soup (no cream no potato sub Cauliflower) and a small serving of fruit
Snack 2 - serving of nuts
D - 6 oz of poulty or fish, a cold veg like cukes or celery, a hot veg like green beans
Snack 3 - if needed a small fruit w/ T PB

when my shakeology comes I am going to replace Snack 1 with it

if I don't make it back here before the end of the year Hope you all ring it in and all your wishes come true in 2015... Michelle

Hey all! Happy Tuesday! Sorry I haven't had time to pop on in the last few days. I traveled to DD's school on Sunday to help her move into her new room (she's been on the waiting list for a single and one finally opened up) and then bring her home for Christmas break. So that pretty much consumed most of my Sunday and Monday. Then this morning we headed out bright and early to run some errands after dropping DS at school and now I need to head out to my WW meeting!

Harder to stay OP over the last few days than I anticipated.... a combination of eating at DD's cafeteria (can you say whoopie pies and ice cream ALL THE TIME!!??) and no great options here at home (finally got a few groceries last night!!). But it hasn't been a total disaster and I am still keeping my fingers crossed for a solid MAINTAIN this week on the scale!

Off to lead my meeting tonight and then I am working at school tomorrow, so I probably won't have time to pop on again until tomorrow evening. Sorry I don't have time to do replies. Hope everyone is well and healthy and staying ON TRACK! There is still more than a WEEK until Christmas... no reason to head down that slippery slope now! Stay strong my friends! TTYL...............P

I gotta do some food tracking. I have a feeling my sodium was crazy. We had some So Hot California mixed pickled veggies. So yummy and low on calories but lots of sodium. I'm trying to drink green tea daily and maybe twice daily if I can work up and see if it helps flush it out. I know I was in the bathroom a lot yesterday.

When I saw the bp up and giving me crazy blurry vision I decided to weigh yesterday showed up more. argh But I believe its water retention from the sounds of it. My meds had not been missed and it went up first thing in morning, strange since I sleep on my left side. Hopefully can deal with this and check my sodium levels. My bp had been playing nicely. I can't imagine the walking and exercise is making it go up. :confused3 Usually walking makes it go down. I thought maybe blood glucose was high making my eye messed up but not it was decent yesterday. Forgot to take this morning but eye isn't like it was yesterday even though I slept later and my dose is now off time a bit.

Got in 20 minute walk and 45 minutes of Wii Just Dance game with dd yesterday. She will want to do Just Dance again today I'm sure. I was going to get us to do some strength body weight and maybe some dumb bell exercise routine stations to work at 3 days a week. I think dd could especially use the upper body strengthening. She as getting some but hasn't practiced her gymnastic stuff in a long time. I think mostly because it got hard for her as she keeps gaining weight. I think some of hers is water retention troubles she fluctuates a lot and no doubt from her cycles. Its unfair for girls to start their periods so early. argh. :(

Hey guys, sorry I haven't been by lately, it's been a busy few days with some stuff going on and my last 2 days of class (for now at least - I may take more continuing ed classes in the Spring, not sure).

I've been either at the low end or below my calorie range the past few days, which is pretty good (although I prefer being at the low end to being below because I'm always afraid I'm eating too little). I made the last of the quinoa yesterday, so I have to remember to ask my mom to buy more next time it's on sale. I'm hoping to make a bean soup either later today or tomorrow, just looking for a good recipe that uses canned beans and not a lot of random ingredients that I might not have.

Michelle - Thanks for stopping by and saying hi! I've heard good things about both 21 day fix and shakeology, so I hope they work for you!

Pamela - Sounds like you've been very busy! Yay for your DD getting the single room! Sometimes its easier not to have to deal with a roommate (I had a single 3 of my 4 years in college, so I know that from personal experience). I hate that college campuses don't always have a lot of healthy options. When I was in college, if I wanted a salad I went to the bagel place 2 blocks away instead of the cafeteria, even though it meant paying out of pocket and not from my meal plan, just because they had better options. My default snack in college may have been ice cream sandwiches or frozen yogurt (especially on PB flavor day...). Hopefully you'll be able to stay OP the rest of the week and get some exercise in and end the week in a good place!

Melissa - Sodium can sneak in where you don't expect it ... definitely a good idea to pay attention to it if you think you've been too high. Sodium could definitely be playing a part in the BP issue too ... hopefully you can get the sodium back under control and things will be better. I can't believe how early girls are starting to get their periods ... I know for me it felt like my childhood was starting to be taken away, and it's hard for all these changes to start happening at such a young age! Maybe you can find a Wii game that incorporates some of the upper body stuff? That might be a happy balance for her if she prefers using the Wii.

Okay, I think I need to go back to my to-do list. I have been getting nothing done all week, so I have a lot to do!

Have a great day, all!

Hello everyone! I am back from a wonderful vacation! I have actually been back since Sunday, but have been badly suffering from jet lag. Seems like I am getting over it finally.

Eating has not been well at all! It could have been worse, but somehow I still forget everything once I am on vacation. :confused3 now the past few days my meals were ok, but then I started snacking like crazy. I think it might be the jet lag that makes me hungry as I did the same when I did not get enough sleep.

At least I got two runs in and then the last week at WDW my Fitbit said I walked more than 10 miles every day! I would have loved to run more during the cruise, but we had pretty rough seas and there was no way I was going to try to balance on the tread mill when the ship is moving so much that walking was starting to be a challenge. At least with the Fantasy being pretty large, I got a lot of walking done on the ship and tried to not use the elevator...

Haven't been on the scale yet. I think tomorrow I will finally face it. At least I still fit into my clothes, but not as well as before the cruise....

Prayers that your DD's foot/ankle heal quickly and without incident! Tell her to take care of herself!

SO jealous of your temps!! It hit a whopping 37° here today with clear skies, so in celebration I hung a load of clothes on the line outside!!:rotfl2:

I saw this on Facebook this morning and had to post it! One of my problems is that I hate the idea of giving up any foods. I need to remember that changing how I eat doesn't mean giving up foods - I may just have to minimize certain foods and increase how much I eat other foods.

Loved that quote! Super similar to something one of my favorite WW leaders used to say YEARS ago and it still resonates with me today!

Fingers crossed that Friday's number is what you are hoping for!

Enjoy your Chanukah waffles!! I really enjoy beans, so if you are looking for any recipes for the beans, let me know. I have a black bean brownie recipe that is actually very tasty! And I throw beans (especially black beans) in many recipes.... they go great in hamburger stew and hamburger soup, chicken soup (no potato, rice or pasta for my chicken soup.... just black beans and tons of veggies), 13 bean soup, black bean and barley soup, southwestern quinoa stew, burrito and taco filling, etc.

I've been browsing but the shoes I have were great when they were new. It the Ryka brand and were so comfy before I wore them out. I think I may go that route again so browsing on amazon but may get local I dunno yet.

I do like Rykas, but were never able to find my "favorite" pair again after they wore out..... I tend to go back and forth between Aasics and Saucony. Nothing terribly expensive, but better than Walmart quality.

Hi all, just stopping by quickly ... trying to avoid doing some cleaning :rolleyes1

Don't blame you ONE BIT!!:lmao:

I had an okay day today - ate mostly okay, spent most of the day on the couch in front of the TV but did manage to get in a little exercise. I should get in more exercise tomorrow. I haven't figured out my meal plan for tomorrow, so I hope I get some magic inspiration overnight. I also hope I get some sleep ... I didn't get as much as I wanted last night.

Anyway ... I should finish my cleaning and get to bed. I hope everyone had a great weekend!

Hope the cleaning got done quickly and the exercise and sleep are where they should be!!

Michelle

Thinking of you! Praying that the year ends on an up note for you with the new program! Can't wait to chat more in 2015!!

Its unfair for girls to start their periods so early. argh. :(

Hoping that your BP gets where it needs to be and that the sodium gets appropriately FLUSHED!

I agree.... life is unfair to GIRLS!!

Thanks.... the last few days have definitely been better as far as food goes.... of the course, the thought that Friday's weigh-in is FAST approaching doesn't hurt!!!:thumbsup2 Plus I MUST get in my December weigh-in for my job too.... so I MUST have at least one more really good week!!

Thanks for continuing to chat here and keep us moving in the right direction Sarah!! It is very much appreciated.... especially since I haven't been able to pop on as much as I thought I would!!

WELCOME HOMEEEE!!! You were missed! Sounds like a good trip, but :crazy2: about the rough seas!! Can't wait for you to share a photo or two (or three)!!

Merry Christmas, Happy Hannukkah, Delightful Kwanzaa, Happy New Year, and Season's Greetings..... pick the one that applies to you!!

Things are getting busier here. I worked yesterday and thought I had the evening to myself, but DH ended up on a conference call that ran over, so I had to take DS to robotics.... and I'm sporting a new cold, so I sat there sipping my green tea with lemon and pinning recipes on Pinterest while the boys worked on programming, building a new drive train, all that stuff I don't understand!

DD and I were SUPPOSED to head out this morning on errands and the last of the Christmas shopping, but I've woken her up three times and she isn't up yet.... so I guess it will be an afternoon shopping trip instead.

I'm planning some meals for next week and for after Christmas to bring to my Mom's while we are all there. I like to help out and bring at least ONE full meal for all of us so she doesn't feel like she spent her whole holiday in the kitchen. So I'm going to do a soup night. I did it last year and it went over pretty well with my brother's family and nephews. I think I'm going to make the extra effort to make a small bread bowl for everyone this time. It really makes the meal more fun and seem like more of an event. I'm going to do my chicken and black bean soup and my roasted cauliflower and garlic soup...... one hearty and full of veggies and protein, one a little lighter and creamier. Will also serve some sliced cheeses. And since I'll be making a big mess of the kitchen doing that, I will do a few batches of soup for my freezer as well. Hoping to buy the groceries for that today, get the soup made over the weekend, and into the freezer so I can just pull it out and bring it to my Mom's when we head there after Christmas.

Also plan to finish up my last minute shopping today. Just need a few more stocking stuffers and Advent gifts and I'll consider myself DONE!

Off to wake up DD again and get out the door by lunch hopefully!..........P

Welcome back!

It's hard to stay on track when you're on vacation and right after you get back. But you still have 2 weeks to get back on track before the new year!

Congrats on getting the 2 runs in and the 10 miles every day at WDW! Rough seas must make things harder ... but it's nice that you still got some walking in!

Haven't been on the scale yet. I think tomorrow I will finally face it. At least I still fit into my clothes, but not as well as before the cruise....

Hopefully the number on the scale won't be too bad!

Thanks! I'm starting to get into beans a little more. I'm about 75% vegetarian (I'll have meat a few times a week, but mostly I avoid it), and it's been hard to find a recipe for soup that doesn't involve meat! I wound up finding a 3-bean soup that I was able to adapt to my needs. Other than my not cooking the onion enough and not sufficiently mincing the garlic, it came out okay. (I should probably mention that I'm a terrible cook)

I do like Rykas, but were never able to find my "favorite" pair again after they wore out..... I tend to go back and forth between Aasics and Saucony. Nothing terribly expensive, but better than Walmart quality.

Hope the cleaning got done quickly and the exercise and sleep are where they should be!!

Cleaning and exercise not so much ... but I have been sleeping better the past few nights than I was earlier in the week, so I'm starting to feel less worn out. I did get some exercise today, so hopefully that's a move in the right direction.

Thank you for the kind words. This time of year it's hard for people to stop in a lot and chat ... I appreciate everyone stopping by when they can and hopefully starting in January people will be around to chat more.

WELCOME HOMEEEE!!! You were missed! Sounds like a good trip, but :crazy2: about the rough seas!! Can't wait for you to share a photo or two (or three)!!

Seconding the request for pictures!!

Sorry to hear about the cold ... I hope it's getting a little better.

DD and I were SUPPOSED to head out this morning on errands and the last of the Christmas shopping, but I've woken her up three times and she isn't up yet.... so I guess it will be an afternoon shopping trip instead.

College. I remember those days. When I was home, you couldn't get me out of bed before 11. I'm sure constantly waking her up is something you won't miss when she goes back to school.

I'm planning some meals for next week and for after Christmas to bring to my Mom's while we are all there. I like to help out and bring at least ONE full meal for all of us so she doesn't feel like she spent her whole holiday in the kitchen. So I'm going to do a soup night. Soup night sounds great ... it's a nice break from a lot of similar-themed meals, and I'm sure your mom appreciates the help!

Also plan to finish up my last minute shopping today. Just need a few more stocking stuffers and Advent gifts and I'll consider myself DONE!

Off to wake up DD again and get out the door by lunch hopefully!..........P

I hope you were able to get her out of bed eventually!

I did some cooking/baking today - made a batch of granola (I do it every month or two) and some bean soup (which could have come out better). I also got a nice 75 minute walk/run in this morning, and I've been eating okay (although I did have two cookies ... but I decided not to have a donut, which is good). Overall, it's been an okay day after a not so great yesterday, so I'm hoping to see a decent number on the scale tomorrow. My sister is home for the weekend and we're having duck, which we only have once or twice a year and I love. Hopefully it'll be a good weekend and I can stay somewhat on track.

Just a PSA: I believe we're still looking for hosts for upcoming months. If anyone is considering hosting, it's really not hard - how much work it is depends on how you want to do it - we're willing to try whatever you're interested in. So please volunteer!

Have a great night everyone!

Hey all! Just dropping by quickly.

I went on the scale this morning, and it was down a bit. It's nice to see the number going down, but some times I wish it would go down faster!

Of course, since going on the scale, I've done nothing but eat ... I think I've had 2 meals worth of food in the last 2 hours. Not good. I'll just have to do better the rest of the day...

Anyway, I should get back to my cleaning. Have a great day, everyone!

merry Christmas friends!!! this month is kicking my butt physically....but i'll see you all after the holidays!!
