So I committed to starting this a few weeks ago - then got swine flu. 
After 2 weeks, I'm finally back to good workouts. I can jog for about 1 mile so far. I think I will start back in Week 4.
I've always liked running but thought "I can't." When I would try to run in high school and middle school, I would get chest pains and have stomach problems. So I would give it up for 6 months, then try again once or twice, then stop. Later my problem was finding a good enough sports bra (TMI?
). The one that works is one step away from duct tape, I swear.
