Welcome to WISH Away the Pounds Spectacular September Challenge!

We launched a new challenge format, had lots of lovely hostesses helping us along the way, and even had hostesses from Europe all summer which is a first for any WISH challenge that I know of.

I've made lifelong friends thanks to WISH and done things I never realized I could do because WISH gave me the courage to start!
I've also been skipping my WW meetings recently and, of course, when you are struggling that is the first place that you need to be. 
But I did end the month with a loss, so that's great.
Because I start late I'm still figuring out breakfast, especially since I get up 4-5 hours before I need to be at work. Two small breakfasts? trial and error I guess.
Time flies!
I know that they will figure out what works for you. 
My primary method so far is tracking 90% or better of the time. I'm not perfect but it has worked. I missed a day here and there and then got off track the last two weeks.
It slowed my loss to a halt and I even put on for first time in several weeks. I work at exercise but just get lazy about it.
This morning my scale said 310 even this past Friday it was 313.4 but my mini goal is to get to 299. Ultimately I want to see 150-160. Last time I was there was probably junior high.
You are tough and determined and I know you will get to be where you want by the time Princess rolls around. 
Sounds like your healthy lifestyle is helping your A1C!
