We are finishing 2013 strong with a successful December!

Thanksgiving in a box was a one and done but it did help to keep the mayhem to a minimum. 
Took 15 minutes off my PR.
The secret to running fast for me is apparently running in 28 degree temps. 

Things have calmed down just enough that I can actually catch my breath for just a second.
My weight has definitely plateaued and I SO need to get back on the wagon with the Donald Half coming up in January. Plus, seeing as I hit 46 today (OMG REALLY?!! Where the heck did THAT come from?!?!
), I can't think of a better time to jump back into the swing of things.
