Wisdom Teeth.

Hope your better soon+can get a trip to the Dentist sorted.
I have one that won't come thru as well-so know how you feel.It also get's infected+the pain can be quite severe.About 6 yrs ago my Dentist said he would remove it-but when he went thru the procedure+the possible side effects it would have left behind-i refused.Nowadays they only remove them as a last resort.
I am off to the anaestetic clinic Monday for some treatment :scared: .x.

Well today the pain has eased thankgod and i can actually open my mouth lol.

that's good. Hopefully the painkillers are working and you'll feel loads better soon. Before I had all 4 of mine removed I used to use either clove oil on the gum or I used to crush an asprin and apply that too, both used to provide quite a bit of relief.

I'm just out of my twenties (this year, unfortunately!) but I got mine removed when I was about 25 or 26. I was having numerous bouts of toothache due to them and when I went to the maxillo-facial specialist he said I would require them all removed. Had them taken out 2 at a time under local anaesthetic. One set were difficult to remove and painful afterwards (hit me with a frying pan and I'd be thankful) and the other set were brilliant - I played violin in a symphony orchestra concert the next day without any pain whatsoever. I hope you have the latter type of removal!

I hope you are feeling better now.
When I got minein my 20s:rolleyes1 only a few years ago, they were fine, I never even got any sympathy from my family, they just kept saying , are you going to be wise now? the answer to that would be no.
