I purchased a wireless mouse. Then I got a new computer. I think for the first week or so the mouse was fine. Now it doesn't work well. I replaced the batteries twice so far and it doesn't seem to be helping. The only thing I can think of is that the tower is now in a new desk which is made of thick wood and more enclosed than my previous desk. Do you think the desk could be interfering with the signal? :confused3 Love the wireless mouse, but it's annoying when it takes 2 minutes to be able to click on something because the cursor either isn't moving or pops up much further away than you anticipated.

Did you install the software that came with the mouse on your new computer?

I'm sure that was it. I bought a new computer and installed the new mouse. Three weeks later my hard drive fried. Dell had to send me a new one and I'm trying to recreate everything I'd done with the original. Couldn't find the disc after looking for 2 days, so I thought maybe I never had one. But after your response, I found it with all the old computer discs. Thanks!
