We use a Airport Express by Apple. Simple and easy to set up and use. Here's a thread that talks about it. http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=2403983&highlight=wifi
We also use Apple's Airport Express.
I have a router at home that all the computers have been set up to use. I just unplug it and bring it with us. Since it has been set up to be used with our laptops already, we just plug it in an we are good to go.
I also use Airport Express. I don't leave it in my Owner's Locker, however, because I use it other places as well. Because it is only about 4 inches square and 1 inch thick, it is really no problem to pack, even when we only bring carry-on.
That size is enormous compared to the D-Link, which also costs much less the Airport Express. The D-Link is about half an inch thick and and inch and a half wide.
