Wireless contract is up--now what?

We have 4 phones (3 I5s, and a Galaxy S4), and our plan with Verizon is finally up. Hooray!! We love the service, but the price is ridiculous. All of the phones are working fine, but our son's iphone has a cracked screen.

What options are available that might save us some money? We would like to keep all of the phones except for the cracked one.

You could try Tmobile they seem to have some good deals going on.

If you like Verizon network you can check out Page Plus, they use VZ and you'll be able to keep your phones. I believe Tracfone has a bring your own phone program using Verizon phones too.

Yea! Celebrate, no more $$$ once the phones are off contract, the $80 for 10 G and $15 each line is all you pay, no more $40 a line, no more edge phone payments if you have it. I would look for programs that you may not know you get a discount for, your employer, your job description, unions, etc.t

As far as the cracked screen, there are so many places that can replace the screen for dollars. My son replaced his own.

I'd go with the lowest cost provider that has good service in the area you plan to use the phone in.
Having said that, the last two corporations I worked for always end up dumping Verizon because it is so much more expensive, and end up going back because nobody has the coverage they have. Not even close.

I love Straight Talk. Problem is there is no discount for multiple lines. It's still a decent value for $41/month.
