Hello and Welcome!

Just e-mail Meriweather the info she has listed.
Then on the pre-designated date she will give you the name and address of your exchange person. SHe will mail all participants the names and address, likes/dislikes, etc of those who PM'd her.
Each exchanger usually lists a general likes and dislikes or preferences.
Just mail your two pins to that one person by the mail by date. And in return you will get two pins from the person who has your name.

Once the sign up thread is closed, Meriweather will start a thread for participants to list when they mailed their pins to their exchange name, and also when they receive their exchange pins (along with what pins were rec'd).

The Elf is in case someone drops out along the way. An Elf is a volunteer who is willing to mail out when the orginal trader did not. The Elf does not receive another pin exchange in return. It's just good will to make sure everyone who signed up gets something from the exchange they signed up for.
