Winnie the Pooh character meet in EPCOT

Last time I was in the park was before the return of traditional character meets. When I check the app it still shows Pooh in his spot at EPCOT where I remember watching him play around out on the grounds, chasing butterflies and whatnot, a distance from his adoring fans.

Are they back to lining us up for photos, high 5s, hugs, and such?
