Wings at Lone Palm (Margaritaville outside bar/CS dining)

We recently stopped by the Lone Palm and had drinks and appetizers. One thing that we had there was the Jamaican Jerk BBQ wings and they were AWESOME!!!! I was wondering if anyone knows if the Jamaka Mistaica Wings from Margaritaville are the same as these? I ask because my sister has a recipe in a Top Secret Recipes book for the Jamaka Mistaica Wings and before I make them, I want to know if anyone knows if they are the same. My mouth was watering for some of these wings and DH and I went to a Sam's Club yesterday, hoping to find some there....we had seen Margaritaville prepared foods in the frozen food section, but to our disappointment, it seems that they don't carry the line anymore.....

Nobody knows.....somebody's gonna haveta go get some from both places and come back and tell me! I can't wait until June to find out...

I am pretty sure they are different. The Jamaica Mistaica Wings have a habanero-honey bbq sauce on them, not a Jerk seasoning. They are VERY spicy!

Thank you so much for your response! I haven't tried the Jamaica Mistaica wings and wasn't sure if they were the different. I don't really know anything about jerk seasoning (BTW, I wasn't sure of the spelling on the Margaritaville wings, I got the spelling that I used from the AllEars Menus).

Jerk seasoning is very good if done properly. I've been to restaurants for jerk chicken that was horrid, and found places where it was incredible! (Bahama Breeze for one has excellent Jerk Chicken).

I'm guessing it's rare in the states because it's Jamaican, so only tropical restaurants usually have it.

Interesting.... those wings at Lone Palm were amazing! Best wings I've EVER had. I wish I had taken a picture of them for the food pics thread!
