That's right - no ADR's for us on our EP/WS day! We can get Le Cellier @ 2:30 PM but that doesn't seem to work with our touring plan (start in the WS at the FW entrance at 11:00 AM and basically be there the entire day until Illumintations). We're thinking Rose and Crown, Teppan Edo, La Hacienda, or Via Napoli. I think we're just going to eat whatever is closest and has walk-up availability whenever we start getting hungry.

I just checked quick and for dinner on this night (in 12 days!!!) I can get acceptable (not too late) dinner reservations for La Hacienda, R&C, Teppan Edo, and Via Napoli. For lunch I can get reservations at all of them as well (except La Hacienda because it's not open for lunch).

We've eaten at Le Cellier in the past and it was good, but we've had better and we enjoy experiencing new things.

Good plan or no? It's so hard to know where you're going to be at any given time in the WS and I don't want to criss cross WS to make it to an ADR.

I think it's a good plan. It's a slow time of year and you sound reasonably flexible. Have fun on your vacation!

If you are gonna wing it anywhere, Epcot is definitely the place to do it. So many (good) options makes it easy to be flexible.

As a PP said: if you're gonna wing it, do it at WS. However I don't know if Free Dining is in effect when you're there. If it is, it really doesn't matter what the crowd levels are like, it could be hard to find a place. At the very least it will make your argument against making ADRs (having to crisscross the park) moot. But hey, if you want to take your chances, then go for it.
