Wingate near Busch Gardens

We'll be traveling to Tampa in February and we're wondering if anyone has stayed here recently? We'd like to hear your opinions ...thanks!

I just stayed there for one night (10/17/08). It was clean and the breakfast was good enough for me. The person who checked me in was very nice and let me know that they just got all new mattresses. The room itself showed a little age (cracked tile, stained rug) but it was fine. My room also had a small fridge, a microwave and a coffeemaker. It was attending the "Keeper for a Day" program at Busch Gardens and had to be there by 6:30 am. The hotel was very close and it took just a few minutes to get there. If you have any other questions - just let me know.
