Wine Tasting

We are on the 3 night Wonder in January. Does anyone know when the wine tasting is offered? Also, how do we sign up for that (can we sign up ahead of time or only on-board)?

I don't know about wine tasting on the shorter intineraries, but on our 7-night cruise the wine tasting was offered on the two days we were at sea. Both times around 2:30PM - you can sign up at Guest Services as soon as you board the ship, although we forgot about it until we saw it listed in our Navigator one day.

It's $12 per person - you get to sample 5 wines (a variety of whites & reds) and Disney's Fairy Tale Cuvee champagne. It lasts about an hour and is very enjoyable!

On the three-day, wine tasting is offered the day you are in Nassau. I believe it's at 3 PM, but I could be wrong. We signed up for it at the activity desk after we'd boarded. It was $12 per person, in Palio, for us. We got to check for reservations at Palio after we were done, since we were wait-listed (our daughter's a CM). They got us in at 6:00.
