Wine Package Question

I am ordering a wine package and have downloaded the order form. My question is: Do I need to prepick the wines I am ordering or do I do that once on the ship?

Same with the beer package?

I figured this was the case as there isn't a place to select anything. Thanks for the confirmation.

You'll get a card at dinner time to remind you of the choices within your wine package, so you can choose whatever you'd like from the list. They will also give you the ability to choose something from your list when you're dining at Palo and Remy, so you can use it wherever you are dining. I BELIEVE you can also get your wine from room service... but we've never done that. I seem to remember someone mentioning that there was an alternative delivery method other than the dining rooms.

Is this correct? I thought you could only get the wine from the package in the MDRs. Can you order from your wine package at Palo?

Yes, I can confirm that you can order from your package list while dining at Palo and/or Remy. We did this earlier this month.

You can order from your wine package at Palo or Remy, you can also exchange a bottle so to speak, so if you want one of the recommended ones at Palo or Remy, you will just pay the price difference in the bottles.

As a note, from the math I have done, the wine package is not a significant discount unless you order the most expensive bottles every night. Unless they started putting better wines or more expensive ones on the list, it was no discount the last time I sailed which was in October 2014. Of course, better is subjective to your taste, but I was not a fan of many of the whites on the list, so found myself consistently longing to just be ordering a bottle of white off the regular menu. :/
