If you want something sweet, go with the Rosa Regale (listed as Banfi Brachetto d'Acqui). Sweet sparkling wine from Italy that tastes of raspberry. Great with chocolate! Wonderful way to end a meal...start a meal...heck, drink it throughout the meal!
Yeah, screw tops are the way to go for anything to be drunk within a few years. No risk of cork taint, and you don't have to worry about bits of cork ending up in the wine. You still want to use cork for wines that will keep longer, though.
Let's see...we're big fans of Conundrum and recommend that to anyone who likes to drink white. More fruit than a Chardonnay and no strong oak flavor. Very easy to drink, full-bodied white with nice tropical fruit flavors.

I'd say those are the two we've ordered more than any others, but I can't think of anything we've had that we didn't like. Some wines were more to our taste than others, but that's all personal preference.
