SO WHO'S GOING TO THE WINE FEST AND WHEN, I'LL BE DOWN THERE THE LAST WEEKEND OF IT AND CAN'T WAIT.!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We will be arriving Oct 24.

Using our points for Thur, Fri Sat in the AKL concierge....over two hundred points, wow, but its our first concierge stay.

How much conciergeing will I do while the F & W is going on?

I will do my best to get 200 points worth of free bottled water.

We went to the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival last year. I wrote an article at http://www.yesterland.com/wine.html . This year, they've changed the private dining program and the stage entertainment, but, overall, the event should be similar.

We stayed at BWV. Wow, was that convenient! We walked to Epcot every day.

Just can't wait! 10/20-25... Looks like we'll be leaving before most of you get there.

Richyams, I've never seen you post about staying anywhere but at GVs at OKW; is this a first for you, or am I just too new to the boards? Hope you enjoy it! That is about the only lodge that has tempted us to stay in anything other than a DVC resort.

This is our first time for the event, and also looking forward to trying out the new BCV. Should be great.

My DH and I have a trip planned from 11/11-11/15 at BCV. It will be our first trip to WDW without kids since our honeymoon and practically our first trip anywhere without them with the exception of two or three weekend trips. Unfortunately, my DH's father is terminally ill with metastized kidney cancer and has been in a nursing home since mid-August. He was just diagnosed the end of June. We are praying that my FIL's suffering will be over soon. It is emotionally and physically exhausting to watch a loved one suffer. I know my DH needs to get away for a much needed rest but if we need to, we will postpone our trip.

DH and I will be at the Dolphin on 10/25 & 10/26 and off to the BCV until 11/1. Can't wait to eat and drink my way thru Epcot (more than I usually do). Out home resprt is BWV, so I can't wait to see the new BCV. We will have to remember to walk the other way when we come out of the ESPN Club!

we will be there oct 20,,--27...at bcv ,,can't wait got ressies for a reserve dinner 300 bucks for two,,,my wife is in trouble if I don't like it......we get picked up at epcot entrance in a limo..

At WDW prices,that's about six bottles.

We will be at F&W fronm 11-2 till 11-9, staying at BCV. It's our first time but in anticipation of it being a great time, we added on at BCV just to make it an anual event for us.

We'll also be at BCV from Nov 7-11 for an Adults Only Food & Wine Extravaganza! This has become an annual event for us and I expect this year to be the best yet

We'll be there 11/6-11/9. Did have ressies at BWV, but had to change the dates about 3 months ago, so ended up at OKW. Really looking forward to it!

Also looking forward to the concert series they've added on to it. Mostly Motown- Yippeee!!

My mom and I are going for a girls' weekend 11/9-11/12 at the BCV. We can't wait!!! Neither of us has been to the Food and Wine before. And my mom hasn't been to WDW since my first time in 1990. I can't wait to show her a good time as we eat and drink our way around the world.

For anyone who remembers my DH left me home in May when he went to a wedding at the GF and I was too pregnant to attend. Many of you sent condolences to me and shared my pain as I sat at home being depresed, but now it's my turn!!! DH is bravely staying home with the two kids and gave me and my mom the trip to make up for the trip I missed in May. Isn't he great??!! He also bought us Cirque du Solei (sp?) tickets for our first night. I CAN'T WAIT!!!!

DW and I will be there for 3 days begin 11/11. Staying at the BCV in a 1 BR ands using OKW points. This will be our 2nd W & F festival. It will be great to be so close to Epcot for this event.
