Is this who I should call if we didn’t get the party tickets? We moved a few months ago and even though the address in runDisney is correct I guess we never officially changed our address in MDE. The new owners haven’t seen the tickets.

This will be my first runDisney event, and I’m getting so excited! Will I feel very out of place if I don’t dress up and just wear “normal” running clothes?

We’re at POFQ, and I’d love to get a call that they’re moving us to YC/BC, but we’re traveling with my son, daughter-in-law, and grandson, and I’d need them moved, too, so we won’t get so lucky
 

We received our call yesterday for our POR reservation. They offered BW or Yacht change.

I'm also curious what category you're in. We're staying in a royal room, but we also have a military rate so I don't anticipate a move.

Interesting. In the past they have used bib numbers to control the flow of traffic for bib pick-up, so I wonder how that will work this year.

I read somewhere else (participant guide, maybe?) about an expo pass being sent out on November 1st, so maybe that will have the numbers on them.

I'm thinking the expo pass will have some kind of identification or they'll do alphabetical order.
 
Are there still busses from the expo to Disney Springs?

If not, does taking the bus to SSR and walking make sense?

This is the number I called to fix DH's registration. It took a number of tries to get a person, but they fixed it quick when talking to them.

The CM said that DH had two runDisney accounts. So she merged them. He's only ever had one. One of the accounts had his middle initial and the other didn't, so we picked the account with since his gmail has the MI.
When I registered him I didn't use his middle initial in the name field. I'm wondering if there's some kind of auto-account making in the background that's confusing the issue. Going forward, he's going to be an always-middle-initial guy with runDisney. lol

I don't know if it is related but about a year ago I all of a sudden had two MDE accounts tied to the same email. It was an old ESPN account I hadn't used in likely a decade (thank God for password vaults) so it looks like they merged all their accounts at some point. This was right when we we got Disney+ so it might just be an account consolidation dealing with their properties.

I would think so. There are multiple prompts about the race. I’m sure they could help!
 
I have not received my party tickets either. I’m not going to sweat it because the event guide said there would be a desk at the expo where you can go to sort these issues out if you don’t receive them before arrival.
 
Is it safe to go in and e-sign waivers yet? I've been holding off after seeing so many report all of their registrations disappearing. I've got enough going on in my life right now without also dealing with that hot mess lol!
 
Thanks! Does anyone know if the expo bus makes multiple stops at SSR? If not, does it make sense to walk to DS or take an internal bus too?
I’m pretty sure the runDisney bus pickup/drop-off location is only in one location - across from the ‘Springs’ (not Disney Springs) bus stop. Unfortunately, that is the last stop for the park buses internal loop. ‘Congress Park’ is the closest bus stop to the walkway to Disney Springs.
There is a walkway near the Springs to the West Side of DS, but it had been closed, and I’m not sure if it is open yet.
You can also take the water taxi over to DS. I have heard that right now it is only dropping off at the walkway bridge from Congress Park near the Marketplace (??), but it could save you a little walking.
