Wine Country Trattoria-something like this in WDW?

Is there a TS or CS in WDW that has this on the menu:

Caprese Sandwich - Fresh Mozzarella, Roma tomatoes, red bell peppers, marinated artichokes, olives and capers drizzled with red wine vinaigrette on savory pretzel bread.

It is from the Wine Country Trattoria in Cailfornia Adventures. I loved it - that was the best sandwich I have ever had. I want to eat it again!!

The Earl of Sandwich in Downtown Disney has a caprese sandwich though not as elaborate as the one you described. Its more like the typical mozzarella, tomato, basil, olive oil variety, though it is very good. I like the sound of the one at the Wine Country Trattoria. I'll have to try that when we visit DL in December

Were the red peppers roasted or raw?

Just wondering....Sounds like something I might try to make here for my friend who is a vegetarian.
