Wine Card at Epcot

I amnot aware of a beer card but there are kiosks with adults beverages in just about all the pavillions. There are those of us who sample the libations / beers offered at each country. It is quite fun! While the kids do Kidcot, the parents sample beers, wines or drinks of the 'World'.

Great...my DH and SIL will be thilled! My SIL stated that he wanted to "walk around the world and sample all the beer"

Supposedly there will be a "beer passport" offered during F&W this year, but they haven't announced any real details on it. I guess we'll have to wait to hear from some folks that get a chance to try it.

when in England - you must go inside Rose and Crown to get the good English Beer!! :thumbsup2

America has Sam Adams! :thumbsup2

Germany - the outside stand has good German Beer - 3 kinds I think on tap - hard to pick which one - ask the CM they will help you chose!!

How much wine do you get at each tasting? Is it a full wineglass serving, or just a couple of ounces? I'd like to try this, but it will be just my DD and I, and I don't want to get smashed!

It's probably 3 oz. That's the size for most 'wine tasting' events and it's usually dictated by the state alcohol board. That's also why it's only two samples in each country. I know in Texas at 'wine tastings' you can only have two types of wine open at a time.

I would not worry about getting 'smashed'. :rotfl: The samples are relatively small and don't forget, you have a walk between countries to get to your next tasting!

Here's a picture of dh enjoying a wine flight taste in France - it will give you an idea of the size of glasses (plastic I believe) but I cant tell you if dh drank any before I took the picture!
