The only ones I know of are either closer to Universal or no where near any of the theme parks.

That said, the California Grill has an extensive, award winning wine list and almost anything on the list can be bought by the glass for 1/4 the price of the bottle. Show up about 5:45 at teh second floor podium and ask for a seat at the bar, and enjoy! (They have a business casual dress code and will turn you away of you aren't properly attired.)

One just opened up in Pointe Orlando, on I-Drive. I am sure there are one or two on Sand Lake Rd. near Dr. Phillips Blvd. as well. Both of these locations are closer to the convention center, tho--not sure you are going to find too many wine bars on 535 or 192.

:wizard: Sherlock's in Celebration is nice, live entertainment and very enjoyable!

This one is advertised in the entertainment book. I've never been so I can't comment on it.

Vines Grille & Wine Bar
7563 West Sand Lake Road
Orlando, FL 32819

Discover the local's favorite. Live jazz & blues, upscale dining and over 300 fine wines and spirits. Packaged wine sales available.

With the Orlando Magicard - 2 for 1 from 4 pm to 7 pm in the lounge area. Includes all wine by the glass, beer and well drinks.

Cheers!

Can't think of any real close to the property.
However Sand Lake Road is a short drive from WDW.
Vines appears to be a nice upscale place to enjoy a glass of wine and some jazz. Have only dropped in there once and will remember to dress up a bit more next visit. Felt a little out of place in Parrothead wear but they took my money anyway LOL.
My Personal favorite is the Grand Cru Wine Store/Bar 7730 W SandLake Rd. This area is loaded with great dining spots as well.

Here's a great website to keep up to date on Orlando area (and any other area) wine tastings.

Out of the way up off of 535 and 50 is downtown Winter Garden. There is a small Coffee and Wine Bar called the Attic Door. A friendly neighborhood place. Live music on the weekends. Next Door for the beer lover is Moon Crickets Bar and Grill serving 99 different beers.
