We've been to Tutto Gusto (the wine bar in Italy) several times with our kids and they love it. They bring a children's activity menu for our youngest with crayons, and that's always a hit. The "menu" portion is blank, but he can order anything from the Tutto kids' menu that he would like. He hasn't done that because he loves the panini sandwiches and the cavatappi pasta on the regular menu at Tutto Gusto so much. The CMs are very welcoming. The space is set up with traditional tables, and then an alcove with small sofas and stools - 4 sofa/stool sets in total. We've been seated in both areas and there are advantages to both.
In our experience, Tutto Gusto is very different from the wine bars in other World Showcase countries because rather than just a bar with high tables and a ton of fragile items all over the place, Tutto Gusto provides table service and food that can constitute a snack or (for us) a meal. Love that we can stop by for a light dinner or lunch without an ADR!
