Wine at Publix?

Please refresh my memory, I know Publix has a selection of wines but I'm unsure if sales are allowed in the early hours, there's a chance our Tiffany grocery stop may come before 9am on a Thurs morning.

Please refresh my memory, I know Publix has a selection of wines but I'm unsure if sales are allowed in the early hours, there's a chance our Tiffany grocery stop may come before 9am on a Thurs morning.

Florida state law prohibits selling alcohol between 3:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m., but counties can set their own operating hours.

You should be fine at 9:00 a.m. on a Thursday.

You might want to call the specific Publix store to confirm.
