Wine and Food

My wife and I are evil. After shipping the daughter off to collage this fall mom and dad are heading to Disney. We always do the DDP because we love to eat. My Question is should we do DDP with going to the wine and food? Any suggestions about the festival would be great. Any must do's you would suggest. Don't feel sorry for daughter we plan on texting pictures of the food.

Look into some of the special events -- while pricey, some of these are fun. I'm planning on a French Regional Lunch and tequilla tasting for this year! There are low cost food demos and wine tasting in the Festival Center, but you may need to sign up for these in advance. There's always a huge thread on the Dining Board.

And of course there are the food booths. It takes us twice to get through them -- we just fill up way to fast.

We don't do the DDP, but some folks like the QSDP because of the snack credits. Many items are snack credits at F & W.

HMMM...Good question I don't believe If we were doing F&W we would do the DDP. We REALLY enjoyed the Festival, would still do some sit down ADR those would just deoend on length of stay...Shawn

My suggestion is to avoid F&W on the weekend, unless you are attending a special event. Huge crowds and long lines!! Try the food booths for lunch during the week. Have fun!
