To share a link:

Put a cursor over "Queue ID" and click it. It will have a pop up window with "Copy my link". Click it and then paste it elsewhere. You can also email it to yourself.

if you click on Queue ID, it'll give you a url that you can use on your computer

I don't thin there's a limit (I've registered 4 people at once), but until you pay for everyone, you run the risk of the race selling out.
