Windsor Palms...Fireworks view?

Does anyone ever remember seeing a bit of fireworks form anyplace on the Windsor Palms Resort property?

I was there in July 2002 for two weeks. I looked for fireworks but never saw any.

I was there in March and I sometimes could hear them but never saw them.
