Windsor Hills?

We are planning to stay off site for our trip. I was searching around for rentals and I liked a few 3 bedroom homes from Windsor Hills. Anybody have feedback on this resort? Good for families with kids? Thanks!

Hi,
Windsor Hills is perfect for kids. Its a gated secure resort but the main benefit is the clubhouse and pool area. The pool is large lagoon style with a water slide meaning its perfect for kids. It also has tennis courts and a kids play area. You'll find a good selection of homes on WindsorHillsPrivateRentals,com

We have stayed at several communities throughout the years but Windsor Hills is by far the best. It's clean, well maintained, secure and great for families. You will be very happy there. Good luck!

Windsor Hills is a GREAT community. Some of the benefits:
- Gated
- 24 Guarded Gate
- Huge Lagoon Pool
- Game Room
- Fitness Center
- Sundry Shop
- Multiple Playgrounds
- Only 2 miles to the entrance to Disney World
- Beautiful, spacious homes - privately owned - so quality varies

We love Windsor Hills Resort and ChampionsGate, but ChampionsGate is just being built.

We stayed there about a year and a half ago and really liked it.

One day we went theme park hopping and I forgot to shut the front door, which remained open about 10 hours during the day. We came back and nothing was missing. (Not that I recommend this method to test security.)

I agree with everything that was said. We enjoyed the whole resort(that is what it felt like to us not a subdivision). Pool, slide, clubhouse and even the park was so clean. It is so close to the parks and was for sure somewhere we would stay again

For those who have been to WH before, can you tell me if there is a pool bar or similar where one can buy a frosty adult beverage to sip on while the kids play in the pool?

We were there in November, and we were able to buy some adult beverages in the sundry shop in the clubhouse and bring them out to the pool area. They weren't made-to-order frozen drinks, but they had the frozen pouch-type premade (margarita, pina colada, daiquiri) drinks in the store's freezer cooler. What ended up even easier for us was making our own cocktail in our townhouse (right across from the clubhouse) and bringing it with us to the pool.

Windsor Hills is awesome, though. I highly recommend it. We are going again in October! Can't wait!

We just got back from a stay at WH. We used vacationcentralflorida also. They were easy to work with and the townhouse we rented was awesome. We enjoyed the community pool. Very nice community and would definitely stay there again.

We love WH! We will never stay elsewhere (assuming we're looking for more than 2 days). We also used vacation central florida and a friend just returned from their first WDW trip ever and loved the condo at WH.
