Just read the reviews for WH on the tripadvisor site and also wrote my own review. People need to understand that you can't review WH or any of the developements the same as you would a hotel resort. Since each accomodation is privately owned you can't make a sweeping statement that says you were unhappy with the place you stayed in.
The review should be in two parts: the resort itself: pool, clubhouse, grounds and the ammenities concerned and then the particular home you stayed in.
We used to use an agency when we rented homes but now will only rent directly from the owners. I want to see exactly what I'm getting not just that I'm renting a townhouse or whatever. Just my humble opinion.

Absolutely - the only way to see exactly what you're getting is to rent direct from an owner. Windsor Hills Resort is getting some great reviews.

Thank you! You're absolutely right! Each home is individually owned and operated, and there is variation in the amenities and quality from home-home, I try and explain this to potential guests all the time, especially those that just want the cheapest rate, that "you get what you pay for".

Ironically, this person was probably one of those people who chose the cheapest possible place they could find, and then complained about it!
