WINDSOR HILLS ("Windsor Palms Phase 2" ) BUILDING PROGRESS ??

I am planning a pool home stay for mid 2005, and recently heard that another Windsor complex called Windsor Hills is currently being built. Supposedly this complex will be even better than Windsor Palms, and I have already seen several owners advertising on VRBO.COM and accepting reservations for 2005.
From what I understand, the pool homes will be cmpleted first then the townhomes and condos will be completed.

Does anyone have any info regarding the expected completion dates for the vacation homes ? Has anyone seen the construction in progress ? I was so ready to reserve at Windsor Palms, but this news has me wondering what the differences will be...

Any info at all would be appreciated, and thanks in advance for the help.

Apparently there is a small problem with Windsor Hills at the moment that has to do with the builder and Osceola authorities which may well hold up building proceedings for a while .Basically the builders have taken three bedroom homes and made them 4 and 4 and made them 5 without the proper facilites for the size of home .Owners are hoping it can be sorted without too much hassle

Wow, I am impressed with your reply, you sure are in the know about the situation. It's too bad there are difficulties involved, and I do hope the problems are resolved soon. I probably will now reserve at Windsor Palms to play it safe, but I will make it a point to remember Windsor Hills...

Is there an update on the status of these? It sounds like there are units available to rent beginning oct/nov 2004. Is the main pool area completed? Any info is greatly appreciated!
