Windsor Hills Resort

I am looking into renting a condo at Windsor Hills Resort. We will be going to Disney in April of 2010 but will be doing other things than just Disney so we are thinking we won't stay on Disney property. Any information anyone has on this would be great. The rates for a week are incredibly reasonable but I would like to get more information on this resort before I book.

I stayed at Windsor hills in May,and I am returning in September.It is as nice there as advertised.The pool is very large(not real deep)the grounds are kept very well.And it is very quiet.The playground there is great for little ones,because it is totaly fenced in.

WH homes are individually owned so can vary in standard. However, it is a gated community with a central pool, sundries shop, small gym etc and is very close to WDW.

We have stayed there in a TH 3 times - and we love it. The owner maintains their house and the management company are helpful & responsive. I hope you fing a place you like

We have stayed there twice and loved it - we are going to try onsite this time because of free dining, but I think that in some ways we will miss having a condo. It's nice to have all of that space and a kitchen. We also found the commute to the parks to be super easy (but we stayed in the off season) - it's a beautiful place.

And loved every trip. We usually go through vrbo.com. We've gone with the same guy about 3 or 4 trips because he's great, but have also tried 2 other peoples' places because he was booked.

Just back from staying at a 3 bed house at windsor hills and it was great. the house was really nice and modern with all facilities. The resort had a great pool and shop and games area. Would highly recommend. Especially since it was so close to the parks. We could hardly believe how close it was. Made coming in and out very easy. Quicker than getting to your room with Disney transport in some cases!
