Windsor Hills--Nemo's Hangout? A Good Choice????

Hey! I just wanted to ask if anyone has had the experience of renting from Frank Torrell and his Nemo's Hangout condo at Windsor Hills. He also has another condo that I was considering, but I just wanted to know the experiences others may have had...anyone???? Thanks in advance.
