Windsor Hills..how do you decide?

I submitted an inquiry through Windsor Hills and have received many responses. I've weeded through some of them but the others are so similar I don't know how to make the right decision. Do you just go with what is cheaper?? Obviously I've checked out the photos which you never know how recent they are so I don't give them too much credit...but assuming everything else is equal...how do you decide which unit to rent?

Price, but also rental policies, deposit required, and my gut feeling about the owner. In the end, we didn't end up with the cheapest, but the one with policies and owners that made me feel the most comfortable.

Ditto this! I always have a pretty bad feeling on the "cheapest" out there and especially those that keep hounding me with emails.

We also rented through vacationcentralflorida and had a great experience.

Not sure what size of a home you are looking at, but we rented a 3BR townhouse through letsgoseemickey.com. The owner's (Pierre and Stacey) were great to deal with and the price was more than fair. They own two 3BR townhomes in Windsor Hills and just themed the one as Toy Story. The other isn't character themed.
